Pros:

Cerca del aeropuerto. El personal muy amable aunque no hablaba español. Facilidad para entrar y salir (check in automático). Camas e instalaciones cómodas. Tenía piscina cuidada. Había cocina donde podías dejar comida. La terraza muy bien.

Cons:

Estaba bien ubicado: cerca del aeropuerto, y cerca del puerto también, pero el barrio para salir por la noche no transmitía buena sensación.
Había mucho ruido de gente extranjera que entraba a deshoras gritando.

Pros:

The receptionist who was not local tried his best and we appreciate this. Apart from that we were not happy about our stay.

Cons:

The walls were extremely thin. We could clearly hear people in the other rooms, or possibly the room above us, especially when they were using the bathroom. It sounded as if it was happening inside our own room.

The room was also not soundproof. We could clearly hear a rooster from streets away behind the building. I am not even a light sleeper, but the noise was very disturbing.

There were also no basic bathroom amenities, and no iron was available.

We left on the second day and informed the property about the situation. If you are considering staying here, I would recommend reading the other comments carefully and not ignoring similar complaints.

I also noticed that the owner has replied quite rudely to previous negative reviews, so I am prepared for that too. This review is based on my real experience during the stay.

bel posto, facilmente raggiungibile, personale gentile, bella camera ed estetica, vicino alla spiaggia a ristoranti bar farmacie ecc.

Cons:

bagno rotto lavabo non funzionante 4 prese elettriche non funzionanti pulizia in camera assente e poco isolamento acustico. adatto per ragazzi o per pochi giorni.

Wouldn’t recommend unless you want to save money
Pros:

Close to public transport, quiet streets at night for the time being. Cheap. Balcony was nice and they have a nice outdoor space.

Cons:

Rude staff, uncomfortable beds and pillows, very loud (get yourself some good earplugs and an eyemask.
Walls are thin, showers were dirty and didn’t drain at all. Toilet was broken.
We asked for extra towels and a different pillow and no requests were granted.
Area is superrrrr touristic as it’s S Arenal

Szép tiszta volt, a közelben éttermek, boltok stb.

Cons:

Személyzetet egyszer sem láttam a pár nap alatt, a recepciónál sem volt soha senki, illetve a felszereltség sem volt a legjobb. Ennyi pénzért úgy gondolom, hogy egy tusfürdőt legalább adhattak volna, vagy egy Mini hűtő, hajszárító stb. Más helyeken alap, hogy adnak ilyeneket, ennél jóval olcsóbb helyeken is!
Parkoló helyet nagyon nehéz találni, de nyilván ez nem a tulajdonos hibája.

Très bien pour une nuit d'appoint à l'arrivée sur l'ile ou le départ tôt.

L'accueil et la disponibilité de l'hôte

Cons:

La chambre était mal isolée phonétiquement de l'extérieur et du couloir de l'hôtel. Pas de produit pour se doucher type savon.
