Pros:

La habitación con el aire acondicionado estaba muy bien para no pasar calor, tenia armario, baño y una pequeña terraza.

Cons:

La cocina pensábamos que estaba mejor equipada, solo había un microondas y un horno muy pequeño. La nevera no enfriaba lo suficiente y no había ni congelador que junto con eso mantener las cosas frías era realmente complicado. La piscina cerraba a las 8 de la tarde y cuando llegábamos al apartamento ya no podíamos bañarnos porque estaba cerrada.

Cons:

El personal, uno de los trabajadores es una persona súper desagradable. Nos atendió de muy malas maneras y casi gritando. La limpieza pésima, pusimos el cartel para que limpiaran y solo dejaron toallas no fueron capaces de limpiar el cuarto

Overall the place isn’t bad for the price and is comfortable with AC. However some things could be improved.
Pros:

It was in a convenient location. The staff was helpful and we could enter at any time. Our room was ready early so we could check in.

Cons:

There was no cold water for the sink because there was only hot water. We also were missing soap and toilet paper. We weren’t able to leave our bags at the property.

Comodo per una notte
Pros:

Abbiamo fatto il check in autonomo alle 2 di notte ed è andato tutto bene. La stanza era piccola, ma aveva un balconcino comodo. Il bar della struttura era carino e aveva prezzi contenuti, considerando che in zona sono alti. L’aria condizionata funzionava

Cons:

Il parcheggio in zona all’ 1,30 di notte praticamente impossibile, zona sovraffollata non c’era parcheggio libero e neanche a pagamento, abbiamo girato almeno per un’ora per sostare l’auto. In albergo non c’era wi-fi, gli scarichi del lavandino e della doccia erano otturati, il soffione della doccia non erogava bene, come pure il rubinetto del lavandino.

Good option for short stays
Pros:

This is a small Hotel situated quite centrally without being directly in the party zone and the beach. Some 7-10 minutes walk and you are at the beach and in the middle of all the happenings. It is surrounded with restaurants, shops and anything you might need. The bus to the Airport stops just 50m from the hotel which is quite convenient.
The room we stayed at is small but suitable for a short stay. It had a small balcony with a seating option which was nice.

Cons:

At times it can get quite loud outside and this throughout the night, so sleeping might get affected.

Pros:

You have your own room and bathroom and balcony , that’s really amazing and great value for money its location is in arenal which is a city near Palma the capital . The aéroport is between the two cities so it’s great . Take A2 I guess and then walk for 6min and you’d find it . The walk to the beach is 15min there are kebab shops open at night . It was the best nights of my life . The room is so tidy it gives clean aesthetic and there is two separate beds so if u wanna sleep separately just move the beds . There is a kitchen and small swimming pool unfortunately I couldn’t go but it’s so annoying the fact that it closes at 6pm!

Cons:

The guy who owns it . I feel like he just sees his clients as “ a way to make money , a business “ not human beings who wants to feel comfy . Two situations happened with him
