No frills hotel in convenient location
Pros:

Handy to station. Clean room.

Cons:

Rooms were not well sound proofed, I brought early plugs and was able to sleep well. The shower isn't separates from the rest of the bathroom, so after washing the bathroom floor is all wet. Room otherwise had everything you'd need.

駅や安国などの観光に近くて便利。スタッフさんが英語ご話せて好印象。

なんとなくベッドが湿っぽく感じた。なのでエアコンドライを何時間もかけました。

Pros:

La ubicación es cercana al metro y a varias cafeterías de moda.

Cons:

La limpieza es nula, durante la estancia de 4 noches no limpiaron en ningún momento. El olor a humedad en la habitación es insoportable.
Las fotos no se corresponden con la realidad, la habitación es antigua, vieja y muy pequeña.
El agua caliente casi no llega a la habitación.
La puerta de la entrada no tiene ningún sistema de seguridad, pueden entrar desde la calle hasta tu habitación, sin control alguno.
La ducha está a nivel del wc, sin ninguna placa de ducha ni cortina que separe el agua....muy muy ineficiente.

Pros:

The place is really nice and comfortable, very clean also. Very good location and near to subway. What I really like is there’s a lot of restaurant nearby. Staff was also very nice and they also helped us to buy stuff to be delivered to the hotel. Overall, it was very good place to stay. Will definitely recommend and will come back again.

Un hôtel très bien placé
Pros:

Nous avons aimé son emplacement, un quartier très chouette, le lave-linge, la kitchenette et frigo, le literie et la climatisation malgré son mauvais emplacement. La possibilité d'ouvrir la fenêtre avec une moustiquaire. Le personnel à l'accueil est très sympa. Dans le hall d'entrée, il y a un distributeur d'eau gratuit et divers petits articles dans un distributeur, dont de la lessive.

Cons:

C'est un peu petit pour deux personnes avec les valises. La climatisation donne sur un lit, donc impossible de la laisser tourner la nuit, nous avons eu chaud. Il manquait deux grandes serviettes de bain.

Free bottled water every day, clean towels upon request, good location, washing machine, microwave in the hallway, close to metro, great neighborhood, handy travel guide at the reception, friendly staff
