It was very clean and we had warm showers. They accommodated us for late check in and kept our bags after checkout. Perfect location though. Walking distance to the Plaza de Armas. Very central to everything. Breakfast was great! Arranged laundry washing for us. Daily housekeeping.
The location was very tricky to find. Taxi cabs could not drive on our street location. Our first night the taxi driver left us on the street but we could not find the hotel. He finally helped us but it was tucked around a corner on a small street.

Struttura molto nuova e accogliente. Ottimo punto a favore la posizione e la colazione sulla terrazza. Lo staff è gentile e le camere sono pulite. La doccia è calda.

Receptionist: she had limited experience and it seemed she didn’t understand our requests. Breakfast options were very limited as well and there was a bad smell in the room

Nuestra estancia en la Casa de Irma fue muy agradable, especialmente por el trato de todo el personal. En concreto Marco, que, para garantizarnos el descanso, cambió nuestra habitación por el departamento del hotel. Fue una grata sorpresa que nos alegró nuestra estancia en Arequipa. Si algún día volvemos, sin duda, repetiremos aquí.
Tutto perfetto, ottima posizione tranquilla ma vicino a tutto, camera non enorme ma confortevole così come il bagno. Il personale gentilissimo ci ha permesso un check in anticipato molto prima dell'orario previsto, colazione basica ma come dappertutto in Perù.

La limpieza, el confort y la amabilidad de la gente que trabaja allí. La ubicación es perfecta y Reynaldo su dueño una persona sensacional siempre atento a ayudarte y a darte los mejores consejos. Si quieren hacer la excursión al Cañón del Colca, el os puede proporcionar los mejores tours. Sin duda un acierto alojarse en este hotel
