The host helped us a lot with restaurants suggestions, luggage storage, taxi service. The breakfast was very good and served on a terrace with view to the volcano. When we had an early morning activity and couldn't have breakfast we received it packed. The room was very comfortable and clean.

Very friendly manager, exceptionally helpful when we arrived very early in the morning, giving us blankets and allowing us to sleep in the sitting room while we waited for the room to be ready.
Super location, quiet because it is on a pedestrianised street but within a few minutes walk of the main square and great restaurants.
Worth specifying that you want a room with a window. Our first room was in the centre of the building with no external window. Such a shame when the views in Arequipa are so lovely. On our return after a trip away, we asked for a room with a view.
The dogs!! Somebody on the top floor keeps dogs and they bark. It would be the biggest single reason why I wouldn't return. On our first visit we just wanted to sleep in the morning because we'd travelled all night, and the dogs were barking IN the building. On the second visit we needed a quiet morning for working and planning our onward trip and again the dogs were barking, to the point that I had to go and ask if they could be stopped because it was so annoying. To be fair, when I did ask they became much quieter.
La disponibilité de Reynaldo, propriétaire de l’Hotel qui est de très bons conseils pour les restaurants à Arequipa et pour toute autre demande. Il nous a beaucoup aidé pendant notre séjour et c’était très appréciable. L’hôtel est très bien placé pour visiter Arequipa et les chambres sont propres et confortables. Merci pour tout !
L’établissement est propre, bien placé, le petit déjeuner est bon mais trop bruyant.
Emplacement parfait ! Le personnel et notamment le propriétaire sont très gentils et surtout plein de bonnes recommandations en terme de restauration à Arequipa. Le petit déjeuner est maison et appréciable avec des jus de fruits frais.
Seul bémol, le bruit dans l’hôtel le matin à partir de 6h.
De locatie is erg goed. De entree met het schattige deurtje geeft meteen een gezellige eerste indruk. Het personeel was vriendelijk en behulpzaam en nam uitgebreid de tijd om tips te geven over waar we zeker moesten gaan eten. Ook konden we met al onze vragen bij hen terecht. De wasservice was prima geregeld. De kamer was netjes en schoon.
Het ontbijt viel wat tegen. Er was weinig keuze; je moest vooral aangeven welk vers sapje je wilde (het verse sap was wel een pluspunt). Verder bestond het ontbijt voornamelijk uit een eitje naar keuze en pitabrood. Er waren geen zuivelopties beschikbaar.
Clean room comfortable bed good hot shower. Staff were friendly and helpful and the location was great - 10 minute walk to plaza de armas and lots of bars and restaurants nearby.

Wir haben leider nur eine Nacht im Hotel La Casa de Irma verbracht. Der Aufenthalt war großartig, das Zimmer war sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet. Das Frühstück auf der Dachterasse war sehr lecker und man hatte einen tollen Ausblick. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und unterstützt bei allen Fragen zu Ausflügen in und um Arequipa. Wir können das Hotel La Casa de Irma uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und wären gern länger geblieben.
