Location and space

Absolutely AMAZING luxury feel hotel the minute you walk in- tasteful decor with an Arabic feeling of taste and decor. I felt this could easily be a 5 star hotel in Dubai, UAE! Hakkan the older and experienced manager was extremely polite and welcoming and offered me a free upgrade to a superior double room . He was conversational and very professional. The rooms are tastefully decorated and the view I got from my room was facing Beutiful Bursa and a panoramic view! The layout of the room is fantastic and an equaly tasteful bathroom is provided with a rainshower. My night was one of the best and comfortable nights so than you as I had been sleep deprived in previous hotels! Breakfast on the Sky Lux lounge- top floor was the highlight of the hotel offering panoramic views of the whole of Bursa . The windows were pulled down so there was the outer feel of nature coming in- very Al Fresco which makes this hotel so worth staying at. Breakfast was lovely - just what you needed but as I was very early, no cooked eggs/ omelettes were on offer. Staff were polite and breakfast was served in equal style! Thank you to the Kitchen staff for this! I ordered room service but it arrived late and wasnt that impressive but served its purpose. I was very happy when an ironing board and steam iron was already provided in the hotel room which many Turkish hotels do not provide so thanks again for this! As if the hotel could not get any better, Urrs at the check-out desk was extremely professional and hospitable. After a lovely conversation, I left in a taxi arranged by the front desk, only to realise at the bus station that I had forgotten my passport in the hotel safe. I called the hotel, and Urrs immediately checked and confirmed it had been found. With Hakkan’s authorisation, my passport was sent to me by taxi and arrived within 20 minutes, just in time for me to catch my coach. Exceptional service and care.This is a MUST hotel for service, location and comfort. Tessukerler!

Very helpful and supportive staff.
They attended to our needs promptly and professionally.
The facility is located very close to many stores and access was very easy.
They were kind enough to upgrade our unit when we faced issues with the original unit allocated.

Stanza grande, nuova e molto moderna. Bagno altrettanto grande e vista stupenda su Bursa. Parcheggio gratuito in loco e staff molto accogliente professionale e preparato. Non abbiamo usufruito della colazione
