If I come back again this Great Hotel is where I will STAY 👍
Pros:

My experience at this Hotel was SUPER AMAZING. This Hotel richly deserves 100, NOT just 10, and it’s one of the BEST places I've stayed in, so let me explain why.

Location: Very Great Location. I was able to find so many things around me that whenever you walk in any direction, you will find restaurants, shops, supermarkets, etc. Plus, the Bursa Grand Bazaar is nearby too and there’s a beautiful park not very far as well.

Hotel Room & Staff: I booked at this Hotel after reading the great positive reviews and it was as I had read and frankly they really make you feel like a family member and at home. The Room was Super clean, with a very comfortable bed & chairs and a very clean bathroom, and everything inside is at a high-standard level, well organized and wonderful. The breakfast is excellent and so delicious, and all the staff are friendly and helpful. Everyone always smiles at you and is ready around the clock to provide you with any support you may need and assist you from the bottom of their hearts. As a result, I would like to take this opportunity to thank the Excellent Manager Hakan, and his amazing team Hasan, Ediz, Ahmed, Merve, Ugur, Abdul Fatah, Kalander, Adeeb & Nael, and the Restaurant Skylux staff Zainab, Korhan & Mahmut, housekeeping, and everyone for their cooperation, assistance, professionalism, and support all the time.

Therefore, with NO doubt, I strongly recommend this Hotel 100% and I look forward to coming back again when I visit Bursa to enjoy staying at this Great Hotel 👍

قندق هادي ومريح وقريب للاسواق مكان حيوي به حركة جيده ويوجد تحت الفندق اكثر من جمعيه قريب للشارع يوجد مطل في نهاية الطابق جميل

Cons:

الافطار بسيط ولكن يحتاج اكثر تطوير ، مكان الافطار مفتوح ولكن مع الاسف لايوجد مكان مخصص للتدخين حيث رواده الاغلب يدخن

يقع في منطقه حيوية في جميع الاتجاهات اسواق شعبيه وجيده منتعش بالاسواق ، تحت يوجد اكثر من جمعيه يوجد في آخر دور مطل جميل ، الفندق هادي جدا ويوجد به مواقف سيارات في السرداب

قريب لوسط المدينه ، يوجد جمعيه تحت القندق ، المكان حيوي وجميل ، يوجد روف جميل استأجرت شقه ثلاث غرف وصاله وكل غرفه بها حمام

مدخل الفندق بسيط ، نوافذ الفندق تحتاج الي صيانه وتعديل ، المصاعد تحتاج تهويه ورائحة المصاعد ليست بجيده

Tout était très bien
Pros:

- Très bien placé. A distance de marche de tous les sites historiques à visiter
- Très propre
- Personnel très gentil et professionnel
- On m'a upgradée en me donnant une chambre avec un lit king size.
- Chambre très spacieuse.
- Grande salle de bain
- Climatisation
- Très belle vue sur toute la ville. Magnifique
- Standing d'un 4 étoiles norme européenne

Cons:

Quelques détails, car ca ne gâche vraiment pas le séjour :
- serviettes un peu rêches. Dommage pour le standing de l'hôtel
- manquerait une chaise dans la chambre
- manquerait un petit frigo dans la chambre. Nécessaire quand il fait chaud
- La lumière du jour rentre un peu à travers le rideau. Perso ca me réveille

Sehr gutes Hotel in der Nähe zur Altstadt.
Pros:

Gutes parken in der Tiefgarage. Phantastischer Ausblick. Nähe zum Basar und zur Moschee. Es hat uns hier ausgezeichnet gefallen.

Cons:

Kaffee amerikanisch ist problematisch und es gibt auch keinerlei Alkohol - trotz der edlen Hotelatmosphäre. Das war kein Problem, nur etwas überraschend.

Die Lage ist perfekt alles sehr leicht zu Fuß zu reichen.

Cons:

Badezimmer extrem verkalkt (auch die Fließen am Boden und auch der Teppichboden in Zimmer ist sehr schmutzig .

كانت غرفتي شقة بثلاث غرف نوم ، واسعه نظيفة بها غسالة ملابس ومطبخ مجهز بأشياء أساسية ، استمتع صغاري بسعة المكان ، النوافذ عازله للصوت ، كانت الغرفة مع فطور رائع ومتنوع وطاقم لطيف خدوم متعدد اللغات ، في وسط بورصه كل شيء بجوارك

احيانا كانت تصلنا رائحه اعداد طعام قوية ، لا اعلم مصدرها ولكنها قوية

Pros:

Frühstück habe ich direkt mitgebucht war auch eine richtige Entscheidung.
War sehr lecker hat nichts gefehlt. Aussicht von Skylux ist hervorragend wir haben auch abends da gegessen Nudel, Burger, Salat es lohnt sich wirklich.
Parkplatz ist inklusive und sicher besser als draußen irgendwo zu parken.
Sehr sehr Zentral Top.
