Pros:

Hot tub actually working! Clean rooms, great breakfast! They got a cool little corner bar too!

Awesome stay
Pros:

It was a great price and a very nice lady at the desk.Abd the room was great .

Cons:

The pool closes at 10 but it would be nice if Adults could go till midnight.

Didn't have the breakfast

Cons:

Had to pay an extra $45 to check in at 1pm vs 3 pm. Didn't understand that. We were on the road and needed to check in to get some rest and rooms were not available till 3 pm.

How friendly the staff was!

Cons:

No one came to fix my remote and when they did they waved me off and it was the night before I left. Never came in to take out trash freshen up my bed or towels. Which it’s fine if they don’t do that but just odd

The staff and willingness to help with our needs.

Cons:

The elevator wasn't working however they accommodated us with a 1st floor room because I have knee problems and was unable to take the stairs.

The staff, how helpful they were

There were fruit flies are nats in the room. We were trying to eat. We let it be known and we got another room.
