Genial
Pros:

La ubicación es perfecta, en pleno centro. La habitación muy espaciosa y limpia. El personal muy agradable, nos pusieron una cuna para nuestro bebé y nos dieron recomendaciones para hacer por la zona.

Could not get booked in to hotel as there was no staff member in the building- was told later that he/ she was away
Cons:

We couldn’t get checked in - there was no one in the hotel to check us in. They tried to say that they had contacted me to provide information about parking on the morning of our arrival. When I said I hadn’t received anything from them they said I had provided Booking.com with the wrong mobile number- this is absolutely not true. We had to find somewhere else to stay and they still charged the full amount even though the problem lay with them. I did offer to split the cost but they ignored me.
