Can only recommend rooms between second and 7th floors.
Pros:

The receptionists were very nice and the locations was good, very near to beach, shops, and restaurants.

Cons:

If you are given a room that is on the top (9th) floor, there will be problems:

1) During a previous stay, I had a room on the 8th floor, underneath the pool; and I heard the loud sound of running water that kept me from getting a good night’s sleep. This time, I was on the 9th floor, right next to the pool. All day but especially at night, there was constant annoying pool equipment noise, like a cycling pump. I had to leave my laptop on a news channel all night to drown out the noise so that I could get a few total hours sleep. The hotel should warn guests about the noise before giving such a room to them.
2) The bed was too firm.
3) The rooms had only bath towels, no washcloths or hand towels.
4) There were no napkins or facial tissues provided.

Pros:

Incredible good location and the pool is so good. Close to everywhere and also staff is so friendly. There is parking area for motorbikes too.
