The room was nice, clean and comfortable, and everything was fine once we settled in. The staff were very friendly and kind, and once we managed to speak to them, they gave us helpful advice about where to park. In the end, everything worked out fine and we enjoyed our stay.
The arrival was a bit complicated. At the time of our stay, there were road closures in the town centre and we did not know about this in advance. When we arrived, we could not drive directly to the accommodation and we were not able to reach anyone by phone or get a reply to our messages. Later we realised that the reception is part of the bar/restaurant downstairs, so when the place is busy, you may need to wait until the staff have time to help with accommodation-related questions.
La habitacion no era tan grande pero muy acogedora, bonita, y su baño perfecto. tenia wifi, y a pesar de estar en medio del centro, por la noche no se sentia ruido desde afuera. nos ayudaron a subir las maletas por las escaleras, no tenia ascensor, era un segundo piso. la ubicacion muy central, cerca de todo, la ciudad preciosa y el pub restaurante abajo muy bueno para comer y tomar algo.
Friendly staff and central location. Only a short walk from the multi-storey car park. The room was very comfortable and clean. The bar and restaurant were busy, but the noise level was as expected. Our room was above them, and it didn't spoil our stay.
Very minor point. Could have done with a few more coffee sachets. Lots of tea, though? For somebody looking for a sleep-in. The deliveries in this street are early and noisy. Try a back room?
The location. The breakfast (additional cost) was good.
We were hoping for a more boutique experience but the place felt very much like an old pub with lingering pub smells. The entrance to the rooms was tired and the carpet on the staircase very dirty. Our room on the very top was very hot (next to the boiler room) and the layout of the bathroom was very impractical.

The rooms were very comfortable and the street quiet at night.
Breakfast did not start until 9.30 but other options in town.

The location was perfectly located within Tenby, within short walking distance from most things, including a car park. The property was clean, modern and comfortable. The staff were professional and super friendly. The atmosphere in the bar/restaurant area was great and the food was excellent.
Honestly, nothing negative to report
Great, you’re right in the heart of Tenby Old Town. Beaches are a short walk, cafés and restaurants are close-by.
The rooms are really nice; beds and bedding are really comfortable. Room is clean, modern and well maintained.
Parking is close by and convenient - five arches parking (2 min walk) or Seafront Carpark (about 5 min east walk).
It is really really noisy with drunken hordes parading past the front of the building … shouting, screaming, crying, and even vomiting. A thoroughly disgusting cohort of people that were impossible to ignore.
This is not a hotel. There is no room cleaning or servicing during your stay. (Not a bad thing, just not obvious when we booked)
There is a pub downstairs - live music and all 🙉
friendly staff from the moment we got there, the room was a good size with a very comfortable bed, bathroom was clean and had a great shower.
The Town Crier has a lively bar and beer garden, live music was being played on the Friday night when we where there, we had an evening meal on 2 nights of our 4 night stay, and we had breakfast every morning and the food was good value and tasted great.
The room did not have air-conditioning although a fan was in the room, it was a warm weekend so we did have the window open which for some could be a problem if a early night is required due to the noise from the bar and beer garden.

Extremely hot during the night, even with the fan on.
Balcony was enclosed, no real outlook, seating on the balcony faced a stone wall, don’t really understand why you would want to sit out there.
