À 5 minutes à pied du centre commercial de mark antalya et donc à 15 min du centre historique

It was good but some improvements can definitely be made.
Pros:

location was great close to everything.

Cons:

Guests were extremely loud we asked for two beds and got one queen which was uncomfortable. Bed itself was very uncomfortable. The shower was horrible and would cause the entire bathroom to get wet.

El personal. Literalmente el resto no lo vale.

Cons:

1. Había pelos negros en la bañera que no eran míos
2. Había un olor feo todo el tiempo en el aire como no ventilado
3. No hay ascensor
4. Cuando limpian las habitaciones, tiran todo lo que sacan a la escalera donde vos caminas y donde están los tachoa de basura. Poco higiénico por más q laven todo.
5. Queda re lejos del centro histórico aunque parece cerca
6. La zona donde está es MUY FEA.
7. No se puede abrir la ventana porque está pegado a las ventanas de los vecinos. Que en tal caso no molesta por el precio que uno paga pero necesitas ventilar por el olor extraño que hay

Väldigt vänlig personal och väldigt fin och rent hotell med väldigt bra läge

Att hotellrummen var väldigt rena och moderna och att läget till Köping och butiker var väldigt bra

Cons:

Att det inte fanns någon hiss så det kan vara svårt för äldre personer eller personer som har svårt att ta sig med trappa

Big disappointment
Cons:

Much worse than photos and reviews say, low standard:
- the stairs are steep (no lift)
- the room had damaged floor and walls
- on bed sheets we found hairs
- the bathroom was not cleaned properly, dirty and smelly
- the towels were old and not comfortable to use
- there was not enough clean plates during breakfast
- I booked the room for 8 nights but stayed only one because of all above
- I complained about mentioned points to hotel and this was their answer:

“Dear Partner,

Regarding this reservation, we would like to inform you that the guest requested cancellation before completing the check-in process. The room was prepared and reserved for the guest as booked; however, the guest chose not to stay at the property.

The guest did not occupy the room and, more importantly, did not even inspect the room before making the allegations. Therefore, the claims regarding unacceptable conditions or the room not matching the listing are not based on an actual stay or room experience.

We also understand that the guest’s friends had made a reservation at another hotel, and the guest wanted to leave our property in order to stay there. For this reason, we believe the complaint was made only to justify a free cancellation/refund request.

Please note that no official refund approval was given by our management. The reservation was active, the room was allocated, and the guest’s decision not to stay was entirely their own choice.

For these reasons, we do not accept the cancellation/refund request and kindly ask you to reject this claim.
