Pros:

The staff was super friendly and very attentive to our needs.

Franco and Add were especially helpful by providing suggestions for restaurants, sights and other cultural activities. They always offered friendly greetings at the concierge desk and very responsive to our requests for help via WhatsApp (booking restaurants, etc).

Great first time in Prague because of the place.
Pros:

Franco was the best person in fronts. It’s location was great and I would recommend this even for just the location.

Cons:

The bed was too high and the pillows need improving.

Pros:

Friendly staff, daily cleaning. Add, Bob and Franco very helpful.

Cons:

Difficult to close the curtains for complete blackout. Renovation was taking place close to our room.

Sehr empfehlenswert!
Pros:

Das Apartment war gut eingerichtet und entsprach optisch den Bildern. Mit zwei separaten Schlaf- und Badezimmern war es sehr komfortabel. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und äusserst hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Die Lage an der viel befahrenen Strasse ist etwas laut, dafür jedoch in Gehdistanz zur Altstadt.

Tolle Lage, sauber und zuvorkommendes Personal
Pros:

Die Unterkunft liegt sehr zentral mit diversen Gastronomie angeboten und guten Zugang zur öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln. Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber, hat einen Aufzug in alle Etagen und sehr freundliches Personal.

Cons:

Kein Nachteil, aber ein eigenes Frühstücksangebot mit einem Frühstücksraum würde einem Hotel im nichts mehr nachstehen.

Pros:

Centrally located and beautifully appointed the staff here were more than friendly Adnan the evening staff person was so very very helpful during our entire stay. We will be returning next month and stay at R 16.

Cons:

No one there to help with luggage so had to hall them up 10-15 stairs to the lobby. Rooms and very small, no bath counterspace for two people. Liv rm Tv was on a side wall so you really can't watch it since the sofa faces another direction (bad design not sure why they don't correct it). No views out the window.
