They were absolutely fantastic. Providing excellent suggestions for tours, food, places to see. Always helpful - especially Franco helping us with the stroller and bags and always greeting us with a big smile. My 2 year old still asks - where is Franco?

Very clean and comfortable. Each of the front desk staff was amazing and friendly and Add was very helpful with helping us a 30 minute late checkout. The location was very close to a tram station and close to many of the sights.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional Stay – Far Exceeded Our Expectations!

Our stay at R16 Residences Prague was absolutely fantastic and far exceeded our expectations in every way.

The apartment was spotlessly clean, modern, and beautifully designed. The attention to detail throughout the property was impressive, creating a stylish yet very comfortable atmosphere. Everything felt brand new and exceptionally well maintained.

We were pleasantly surprised by how well-equipped the apartment was. It included many thoughtful extras that we did not expect, such as a hair straightener, high-quality kitchen equipment, plenty of storage space, and all the little amenities that make travelling with a family much easier. It truly felt like a home away from home.

The location was excellent, allowing us to explore Prague easily while enjoying a quiet and comfortable place to return to after a busy day.

What really made our stay memorable, however, was the outstanding staff. Every member of the team was friendly, professional, and genuinely eager to help. Their customer service was exceptional from check-in to check-out.

After leaving Prague, we realised that we had accidentally left one of our suitcases behind. The staff immediately assisted us, responded quickly, and went above and beyond to help us recover it. Their kindness, efficiency, and willingness to help turned what could have been a very stressful situation into a smooth and positive experience.

It is rare to find a property that excels in every category—cleanliness, comfort, design, facilities, location, and customer service—but R16 Residences truly does. We travel frequently and can honestly say this was one of the best accommodation experiences we have had.

We would not hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Prague.

The room is well decorated and equipped.
Good location - can access massive tourism attractions within walking distance and the tram station is very close.

מדובר במלון דירות, ללא ארוחות. קיבלנו דירה מעוצבת יפה ומודרני, חדשנית, טכנולוגית ומאובזרת היטב. מאוד מתאימה גם לדתיים. יש מטבח מאובזר עם כלים, מקרר, מדיח כלים, כירה חשמלית, מכונת כביסה ועוד. הזמנו דירה גדולה של 2 חדרי שינה וסלון. הספה בסלון גם נפתחת למיטה זוגית אז אפשר להכיל 6 אורחים. הכל היה נקי ויפה. מיקום סופר מרכזי, 4 דקות הליכה מקניון פלאדיום ומרחובות תיירותיים מרכזיים. צוות אדיב ונחמד.

The property exceeded our expectations in every way. It is very rare to find an apartment in Prague that offers this level of quality, comfort, and service. The apartment was spacious, modern, spotless, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The 24-hour reception was extremely helpful, and the housekeeping service maintained the apartment to a very high standard throughout our stay. The staff were exceptionally friendly, professional, and always willing to assist whenever needed. The location is outstanding—safe, convenient, and within easy reach of Prague’s main attractions, restaurants, and public transportation. We truly felt at home and would not hesitate to stay here again.

Excellent location and access. Modern, well designed rooms with all the facilities, including in the kitchen area, that you would need for a four night stay. The staff were all terrific, particularly. Radomir, and even though we just had a couple of minor things which required attention they were dealt with unbelievably quickly and completely satisfactorily. We would definitely stay there again.
