Pros:

Just walked 2 minutes to tram stations, both north bound and sout bound. Convenient to go to the castle by tram. At least 4 bakeries, cafés and coffee shops in just 2 minutes' walking distance. Walked 5 mins to Palladium, the shopping mall with a large supermarket for buying a wide variety of foods, milk, fruits and drinks. Walked 8 minutes to the Municipal House and the Powder Gate. Walked about 20 minutes to the Charles Bridge, almost in a straight path. Very modern facilities inside the room. High roof, comfortable bed. A/C and bath shower control was excellent. Daily cleaning service. Friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommended. Will come back to this apartment if I return to Prage in the future. You won't lose.

Perfect Prague apartment!
Pros:

This apartment is one of the best I have ever stayed in. Beautiful, well-appointed, sparkling clean, spacious - fantastic beds and showers, Rituals toiletries, even a pillow menu! The air conditioning is brilliant, and the kitchen a dream. Location is perfect, tram practically in front of the door and Old Town 5 - 10 minutes walk. We felt so welcomed by the gracious and helpful staff. This place is an absolute gem.

Perfect location for seeing the sights or treating yourselves to a luxury getaway.
Pros:

The location was superb, trams and buses right outside to take you pretty much anywhere in Prague, bakeries and places to eat nearby too. A short walk away was the Palladium shopping centre which was open until 10pm and had many food options. The beds were very comfortable and even we didn't manage to use all three TVs at once. Aircon was efficient and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook our own meals. The waterfall shower was a nice touch and having a washer/dryer was very useful as we packed light. A friendly face on reception rounded off quite an exceptional stay.

Cons:

The WiFi was a little weak in one bedroom, but there were no other downsides. During this trip I've had to spend some time with Google Translate figuring out how to log previous guests out of their Netflix accounts (in Polish and Hebrew!) so maybe that could be checked at a changeover.

Perfect accommodations, great location.
Pros:

Absolutely everything from the front desk staff to the shower heads. The apartments were beautifully decorated, very clean, the beds were so comfortable, and the staff were so kind and attentive. AND the location was great. Would absolutely stay again!

شقة خمس نجوم فعلا كل شي متطور لدرجة كبيرة ومريحة ونظيفة وموقعها ممتاز وسمحوا لنا بدخول مبكر

Our stay was excellent. The apartment was spacious, luxurious, well-equipped, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable.
The service was outstanding. A special thank you to Monika at the reception, who was always kind, professional, and patient, answering all of our questions and helping us with every request with a smile.
We truly enjoyed our stay and would be delighted to come back in the future. Highly recommended!
