Breakfast was promised but refused by the hotel. Our booking indicated that complimentary breakfast was included.
However, the hotel refused to provide breakfast during our stay. We request an appropriate refund for the breakfast that was advertised but not provided.
Intercom was not functioning. The room intercom was not working.
We attempted to use it on three separate occasions, but it failed each time, making it difficult to contact hotel staff.
Incorrect checkout information
The booking stated a checkout time of 10:30 AM - 11:00 AM.
Despite this, hotel staff informed us that we had to check out by 10:00 AM, causing unnecessary confusion and inconvenience.
Insufficient room amenities. Only one towel was provided in the room.
Basic bathroom amenities and accessories were not provided initially and were supplied only after we specifically requested them.
I recently had the pleasure of staying at Amantran, and I must say, it was an unforgettable experience! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm hospitality and professionalism by the staff.

Very bad preparation. Didn’t provide water and towels, bathroom was dirty and drainage was blocked and water leaking from washbasin.
