I would recommend this hotel. Clean, spacious, comfortable and central.
Pros:

Clean and quiet hotel. The location was really good and central. The breakfast had lots of different options and was good. The people were friendly.

Cons:

Just for people with young children, there’s stairs to enter the hotel so if you have a pram that can be a bit tricky but I knew this when booking so it wasn’t a problem for us. The people at the reception were always helpful especially Hamza!

What a lovely place to stay!
Pros:

Just perfect through and throughl! The staff—both at reception and at breakfast—were incredibly friendly and helpful; the location is absolutely amazing, the hotel facilities are perfect, and the beds are very comfortable. We also enjoyed a good breakfast and would certainly love to return in the near future.

Splendid location, great view from rooftop rooms, perfect service and very good breakfast

Toller Service, es gab ein kostenloses Upgrade und wir erhielten ein Dachzimmer mit Terrasse und perfektem Blick auf die beiden Moscheen. Alle Mitarbeiter außerordentlich freundlich, auch in der Küche, sehr gutes Frühstück.

Cons:

Es war alles sehr sauber, dennoch haben wir bei der Abreise leider zufällig eine lebende weibliche Bettwanze unter dem Kopfkissen gefunden/beseitigt. Die Aufwände, keine versteckten Eier oder lebenden Bettwanzen in unseren Haushalt zu tragen, sind enorm (jedes einzelne Gepäckstück entweder 4 Tage Frosten, auf 50-60 Grad erhitzen oder penibel mit Lupe prüfen) und wird uns noch Tage beschäftigen.

Excellent place to stay, would highly recommend, great location.
Pros:

The staff were accommodating for any of our needs, Hamza one of the staff was super helpful. The room was extremely spacious and the bed very comfortable. The location is superb, only 5 minute walk to the Blue mosque, Hagia Sophia and Basilica Cistern. The Bizaar is also within a 10 minute walk. The tram at Sultanahmet is also in this location, which makes getting around very easy.

Cons:

The room was noisy from groundworks in the street on the first night, however this was only one night. Prayer starts at 5.30am so earbuds might be worth having. This is clearly not a representation of the hotel as this is out of their control. The hotel met all of our expectations.
