Pros:

Nice view, great breakfast would like to stay again if shower and bathroom to be improved.
Pros:

Nice breakfast and nice staff. Beautiful location except walking to the beach is tricky by the traffic. Should request a traffic light for pedestrians to cross the street safely

Cons:

The shower water temperature is extremely hot, very safe to use. It is plugged with water after showering, causing the floor flooding. The hot tub is the same or even worse: can’t use as the temperature is too high too quickly, the hot water, cold water buttons function is NOT clear, could get Burt so quickly. Not safe to use, especially for kids. Did suggest to change but maybe forgotten.
Also, no iron to iron clothes. Suggest to have a little rack somewhere to hang up wet clothes after coming back from the beach. On the other hand, staff are open for feedback, willing to fix problems as fast as they can (except the bath tube temperature issues).

Séjour agréable
Pros:

L'accueil et les prestations étaient très corrects, les bains Hammam et sauna étaient superbes, l'emplacement un peu à l'écart du centre-ville, plus calme et plus reposant. Le petit déjeuner satisfaisant.

Cons:

Les couloirs ne sont pas climatisés, il a fait chaud, le porte pommeau de douche est mal serré, celui-ci tombait fréquemment, c'est très agaçant. Et surtout l'accompagnement pour le transfert, les informations ne sont pas transmises correctement au personnel de jour, la demande de deux breakfast take always n'avaient pas été fait, à la dernière minute le transport arrivait et il était déjà trop tard! Les personnes n'étaient pas très attentifs à ce moment-là.

Comfortable stay
Pros:

We stayed only for a night as we were headed to Hue. Room was quite spacious and clean. Bathroom had good water pressure, WiFi worked well. Breakfast had a decent variety of local cuisine as well as made to order eggs.

Cons:

Beds are too high. And reception was quite dark when we came in at 10pm.

Habitación amplia, tiene al lado el acceso publico a la playa. Personal muy amable y servicial, siempre sonriendo y atentos. Decoración del hotel muy original. La piscina y sauna increíbles.

Cons:

Está un poco lejos de las atracciones principales de Da Nang para visitarlas necesitas transporte. El primer día la habitación olía raro, imaginamos que fue por haber estado cerrada tiempo. Al día siguiente ya no había olor. Servicio de lavadería caro.

Perfect stay in Da Nang
Pros:

We liked everything about this hotel. The location is perfect, the price is very fair, and the customer service from the staff was great. The room and bathroom were clean and comfortable, and the pool area was excellent. Overall, a fantastic experience
