Pros:

The correspondence prior to checking in was prompt and friendly; the receptionists were professional and courteous, the room was a good size, with a comfortable bed, hot/cold shower with good water pressure. The room was at the back of the building with a large window, so there was very little noise.

Disappointment
Pros:

Only the location. There was one house keeping cleaner. She is very kind the young one. She was helpful. She was the best.

Cons:

They cannot speak English except one guy kelvin only can speak. The fridge not functioning. The room the floor was dirty. No spoon and no coffee. They are very calculative. Lamp light broken and they didn't bother to repair and the toilet light was broken too. They treat the Asian differently and the people from Europe differently. The area is like red light area. Not suitable for family. I was so disappointed. The night shift lady is a disappointment. She is not helpful at all. She cannot even communicate properly. Overall I will not recommend this hotel to anyone. Booking.com should survey properly as there was a deal going on. They ask to cancel the booking. Com deal and pay direct to them. It's scary and I obeyed to their rules. I have no choice.

Great local half a block from walking street( local night life) staff was very friendly and helpful.. hotel was quiet and bed comfortable
