Check-in was available earlier than the official time, which was appreciated. The room was clean, the bed linen was fresh, and the air conditioning worked properly. The room has a small refrigerator. There is also a kettle and a shared refrigerator on the floor.

The location of the hotel is very convenient. Nearby there is a coffee shop, one of the best restaurants in the area, and a large supermarket approximately 600 meters away.

To reach the beach, you need to turn right when leaving the hotel and then follow a winding road downhill for about 1 km(1000meters). The beach is beautiful and the water is very clean.

The main disadvantage is the lack of staff availability. During my stay, I only saw a staff member at check-in. At that time, I was given only one key, although a second key is required to open the entrance door when the hotel is closed. Because of this, I could not leave the hotel in the morning at 7.00. There was nobody at reception, and neither the phone number nor the call button helped. Only another guest, around 8:15, explained the situation and opened the door.

There is no luggage storage room or place to change clothes before check-in.

Another significant disadvantage is that the staff does not speak English. It was difficult to get even basic information.I needed a taxi. In a small town this is especially important, as taxi apps do not work and assistance from the hotel staff is not always available.

Overall, the room corresponds to its price: it is clean and has everything necessary for a short stay. However, the lack of staff presence and limited communication can cause serious inconvenience.

Отель расположен в очень удобном месте совсем недалеко от моря, центра, кафе, ресторанов и железнодорожной станции. Из нашего номера отеля открывается прекрасный вид на море. Проживая в этом отеле мы чувствовали себя комфортно, уютно и раслаблено. Рекомендую к посещению.

The rooms were spotless and cleaned thoroughly every day. Federico and his wife were incredibly kind, professional, and welcoming. They made me feel as if I were staying with close friends rather than at a hotel.

Sehr schönes und preiswertes Hotel mit freundlichem Personal, sauberem Zimmer und gastfreundlicher Atmosphäre. Die Terasse und der Balkon haben mir gut gefallen. Dank Klimaanlage und Deckenventilator eine angenehme Temperatur im Zimmer. Die Lage des Hotels ist top und sowohl Hotel als auch Santa Domenica selbst sind ein echter Geheimtipp.

Było wszystko czego oczekuję w trakcie wyjazdów: klimatyzacja, wygodne łóżka, blisko do sklepów i restauracji i blisko do środka komunikacji. Obiekt położony jest jedną stację za Tropea, w Santa Domenica, i to było super bo do Tropei można dojechać pociągiem z 3 minuty i zwiedzać, ale to tutaj jest spokojnie, nie ma tłumów i też są piękne plaże ale niezatłoczone jak w Tropei. Hotel ma Fajne balkony na których można wieczorem posiedzieć i przestrzec przed hotelem z krzesłami i stolikami. Codziennie było sprzątanie, wszyscy byli bardzo mili.

Buena ubicación si vas en coche, zona tranquila y se aparca bien. Personal amable. Muy buena limpieza de la habitación. No cuentan con desayuno pero fui cerca a Bistrol que puedes encontrar muchos tipos de desayuno y no solo el tipico cornetto italiano.

La ubicación fantástica, está en pleno centro y muy cerca de la playa y la estación del tren. Todos los días cambian las toallas, nos deja una sombrilla para ir a la playa. Nos dio una botella de agua a la llegada y a la salida.
Volveré.

The property is very well maintained and super clean.
The couple who own it are super sweet.

Although the property isn’t in Tropea proper, it’s in Santa domenica (4 minute train ride to Tropea) and on the train line from Lamezia so super handy.

Walk down to La Scalea beach as it’s one of the cleanest and most beautiful water I’ve ever seen.

The little town has a few good cafes, restaurants and a supermarket and is small so easy to get around all about 3 minutes from the property. The train station is about an 8 minute walk.
