Amazing!! Stay here !!
Pros:

This was a beautiful property with an amazing breakfast with plenty of options. The staff were incredibly attentive and helpful and gave us a free upgrade too

Convenient Location and Outstanding Service
Pros:

We were upgraded to a family suite for our 4-night stay. The hotel is beautifully decorated and well furnished. Breakfast offered a good variety, although some items were repeated over the four mornings. Despite the hotel being quite busy during our stay, there were always ample seats available at the dining area.

The hotel is within walking distance of the metro and many eateries. The staff provided excellent service and were proactive in checking in with us prior to our arrival.

Cons:

One minor inconvenience was that the bathroom did not have hooks for hanging clothes.

Beautiful hotel and location. Very friendly staff.
Pros:

The location is beautiful, so is the hotel. The area itself is very walkable and sightseeing-worthy. Everything was clean and pristine. The staff were super friendly and helpful, hard to communicate in English but, they tried to accommodate and guide us in every way. The breakfast was good.

Cons:

The sink is not enclosed and is right beside the room door, which was a bit inconvenient. A problem we faced as Bangladeshis was that there was no hand shower or bidet (so, carry wet wipes). Other than that, we found everything perfect.

Non ho avuto il piacere di allioggiare presso questa struttura.
Mezz'ora prima di arrivare in hotel, e precisamente quando il taxi ci stava accompagnando, mi arriva un messaggio su booking dove dicono che la mia prenotazione è stata cancellata dalla struttura. Contattato la struttura mi dicono invece che la prenotazione è stata cancellata da me (chissà perché). Quando dico che non ho cancellato io la prenotazione mi dicono che c'è una camera ancora a disposizione ma non della categoria che avevo inizialmente prenotato bensì di una categoria inferiore e considerato il periodo festivo il prezzo che avrei dovuto pagare era più alto . Nel frattempo mi chiedono pure di decidere in fretta di accettare le loro condizioni.
Ovviamente allo stesso prezzo proposto ho alloggiato presso un hotel di categoria superiore che ho dovuto prenotare sul momento. Considerata inoltre l'enorme barriera linguistica, direi veramente male.
