The location is near the beach
I was accommodated in the larger women's dormitory, and the entire room was full of mold. It smelled so bad that I couldn't sleep there for a single night. The suggested solution was that I could pay more and move to a private room if it bothered me. After some discussion, I was allowed to change rooms to another female dormitory, which, however, still smelled of mold (like the entire building but a little bit less than the big female dorm). There were only two toilets, and the showers were connected to the toilets and some of the doors couldn't be locked (the female side also had one single shower and one toilet, which you could also not lock). There was also a gap in both doors, allowing you to see through. Furthermore, the whole room was full of mosquitoes; I don't even know where they came from, as there aren't that many even outside.
Good place, near the beach, staffs are friendly
Everything perfect. The staff are very friendly. The hotel near the beach, very convenient.
The positive side of my stay was the hospitality. The staff here are responsive and helpful. The cleaning staff in particular were nice and friendly to me throughout my stay. I want to mention Ny, who was good to interact with, as well as the rest of the team: Hien, Dat, Toan, Quynh, Nhi, Huong, Suong, and Na. They make you feel welcome. My room itself was clean and comfortable.
The facilities are not in the greatest shape and make the stay feel a bit expensive for what you get. For two days, there was a loud, persistent humming noise happening day and night that made it tough to sleep, though it eventually stopped. My AC also acted up late one night; however, the team handled it professionally and had it fixed within an hour. Lastly, while the individual rooms are well-kept, I noticed the garbage cans near the entrance were frequently overflowing, so public area cleanliness could be improved.
Good hotel, near the beach, friendly staff, convenience store at hotel is great
The location was good, right near the beach. Albeit a very touristy beach. The accommodation offered what was advertised, it is budget accommodation.
It would have been nice to have a bedside lamp as I wanted to go to sleep but the other person in the room didn't. Small thing but a bit of an oversight for a twin room.
Cigarette smoke comes through the vents. The place just felt dinghy and tired. The air-conditioning is noisy.
This was by far the worst accommodation of our two-week trip through Vietnam. The only real advantage was that it was close to the beach, although unfortunately it rained every day during our stay.
The photos are probably from when the hotel was first built, because the reality now is completely different. It seems like the place has never been renovated since then. The walls were dirty, the furniture was old and worn out, and the air conditioner looked like it was 20 years old — yellow, outdated, and honestly quite unpleasant to look at.
The bathroom drain was clogged, and on the first evening we could barely flush the toilet properly. We reported it to the receptionist, but communication was very difficult because she barely spoke English. In the end, the issue was fixed.
Unfortunately, I also got food poisoning from a restaurant in Da Nang during this part of the trip and had to stay inside this accommodation for two days recovering — otherwise, we honestly would have left earlier.
There was dust everywhere and the whole place constantly felt dirty and poorly maintained. Unfortunately, this stay was a big disappointment for us. Never again.
Horror stay. Never again. Please choose wisely than us.

Ban đầu mình chỉ đặt thử 1 đêm nhưng sau đó quyết định ở thêm vì trải nghiệm khá tốt. Phòng sạch, mùi dễ chịu, nội thất tuy không quá sang trọng nhưng rất gọn gàng và đầy đủ. Điều mình thích nhất là nhân viên cực kỳ nhiệt tình, hỗ trợ mình check-in sớm và giới thiệu nhiều quán ăn ngon quanh khu vực. Khách sạn gần biển nên buổi chiều đi dạo rất thích. Nếu quay lại Đà Nẵng chắc chắn mình sẽ đặt lại.

The best thing about this hotel is its people. Everyone was warm and friendly, making us feel like home. The location is excellent — close to the sea and main attractions. Clean, quiet, and comfortable stay overall.
