Pros:

Ничего, отель не соответствует описанию, не понятно почему у него относительено высокий рейтинг, что вводит в заблуждение

Cons:

Ужасные номера, не больше 12-15 квадратов стандартный номер, такой маленькой душевой я не видела ни в одном отеле, описание номера на сайте не соответствует его фактического состоянию, мебель старая и обшарпаная, постельное белье застиранное, подушки старые и воняют, дверь в душевой была гнилая, рассыпалась, балкона фактически нет, так называемый французский балкон очень маленький. Спа бесплатного нет, только платный массаж, сауна - платно. Территория у отеля очень маленькая, все занимают два бассейна, возле которых и лежат целый день туристы. До моря нужно ехать на электромашинке, спуск-подъем - очень крутые, не для людей с проблемами со здоровьем. На рецепшене сотрудники, осуществляющие заселение- хамы, взяли депозит дополнительный, поскольку якобы не могли проверь отплату через Букинг ком. Все просьбы поменять номер, предоставить номер чистый, не с убитой мебелью - проигнорированы. У отеля нет своей территории, негде ходить, гулять, сидеть на улице. Категорически не рекомендую, пожалели, что выкупили этот отель!

Nice hotel for couples
Pros:

A wonderful hotel for a couple or family! The grounds are beautiful, spacious, and well maintained, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff are friendly, polite, and always ready to help. The food is delicious and varied, with drinks and snacks available throughout the day. We had a fantastic stay and would happily return!

Et flott hotell som jeg uten tvil vil anbefale.
Førsteinntrykket av hotellet var litt forsiktig. Hotellet fremstår ikke som helt nytt, men alt er rent, ryddig og godt vedlikeholdt. Standardrommet var bra, selv om badet var ganske lite.
Ellers er hotellet rett og slett fantastisk. Området er velstelt, maten er variert og svært god, og personalet er alltid klare til å hjelpe.
Vi hadde et problem med klimaanlegget, men personalet reagerte umiddelbart. De var til og med villige til å flytte oss til et større rom dersom problemet ikke kunne løses. Heldigvis ble det ordnet raskt.
Hotellet har gjester fra mange forskjellige land, og alle blir møtt med den samme vennlige og profesjonelle servicen.

Jeg vil gjerne trekke frem den helt fantastiske servicen på hotellet.
Jeg glemte noen eiendeler etter oppholdet, og tok kontakt med hotellet for å høre om det fantes en løsning. I stedet for bare å tilby vanlig sending, gikk de langt utover det man kan forvente: Personalet fant gjester fra mitt hjemland som skulle reise til Norge, avtalte med dem at de kunne ta med tingene mine, slik at jeg kunne få dem tilbake hjemme.

Dette er et nivå av service man svært sjelden opplever. Tusen takk til hele teamet for omtanken, initiativet og den ekstra innsatsen. Helt fantastisk!

Wi-Fi på stranden var litt tregt til tider. Dette var ikke noe problem for oss.

Un hotel excelent!
Pros:

Este un hotel curat,cu personal atent,mâncare bună și diversificata. In plus este foarte aproape de plaja. Cu toate acestea hotelul a pus la dispoziție mașinuțe de transport.Il recomand mai ales pt intrarea lina in apa...se merita un sejur aici. Veniți cu mare încredere!

In generale tutto ,personale gentile ottima posizione

Cons:

I tavoli al ristorante alla sera con tovaglioli di carta se non eri presente alle 19 .
Poi i tavoli al bar era o puliti ma unti picicosi, non poi pulire 10 tavoli con stesso straccio senza risaquarlo.
I cocktail buoni ma non sempre , cambia dal barman al barman.
Comunque seconda volta che soggiorniamo in questo albergo

A lot of offer and great service.

Cons:

Not so much disliking but more what wasn't really good. The room was a slightly "tired" and the the shower needed better maintenance.

The staff is absolutely amazing and helpful. They are always there to help you in any way they possibly can.
The resort is clean and well maintained.
The food is delicious and a beautiful spread with all you can eat and drink at every hour of the day or night.
Just Incredible.

Lot's of activities for the kids to keep them busy so they can enjoy and you can enjoy aswell.

Don't forget to check out the beach area of the Numa Club. You would be surprised.

Cons:

I thought the room lighting was a bit low for my liking but then I was corrected by my wife that who needs to stay in the room when you have so much going on. Only come to the room to sleep.

I did read a review that bathroom is small. Well what do you want? A bed in there?
