Pros:

Très belle expérience cette année ! Tout a été rénové et amélioré par rapport à l’année dernière. Les chambres sont magnifiques, la nourriture est toujours au top avec énormément de choix, et le personnel du restaurant et du bar est vraiment impeccable : souriant, serviable et attentionné. Une très belle évolution, bravo à toute l’équipe !

Cons:

Déçu par l’expérience cette année. J’ai malheureusement eu le sentiment que les touristes allemands et anglais étaient davantage favorisés, ce qui m’a mis mal à l’aise en tant que Franco-Turc. Même pour regarder les matchs, j’ai trouvé dommage que les matchs allemands soient souvent privilégiés, y compris en replay.
Concernant les animateurs, j’ai également préféré ceux de l’année dernière, que j’ai trouvés plus agréables. Cette année, l’ensemble m’a laissé une impression moins conviviale et moins équilibrée. C’est dommage, car j’avais beaucoup apprécié mon expérience l’année précédente.

Eine sehr schöne Anlage mit vielen Pflanzen und Rasenfläche, tolle saubere Pools , es gibt auch ein Ruhe Pool + 16 Jahre

Cons:

Die Flure könnten neue Böden gebrauchen und die Beleuchtung in den Fluren könnte heller sein , das waren aber auch nur die kleinsten Kritiken Punkte die wir haben

Nothing justifies the inflated cost. The entire property is severely outdated, the rooms are tired and neglected, and the food service was atrocious—completely basic, repetitive, and devoid of variety.

Cons:

The meal reception staff were utterly unprofessional, behaving like aggressive hustlers rather than hospitality staff and showing blatant favoritism toward Eastern European guests. Additionally, the hotel consists of old, outdated buildings with poor food variety, making it completely overpriced compared to other resorts in the area.

Ничего, отель не соответствует описанию, не понятно почему у него относительено высокий рейтинг, что вводит в заблуждение

Cons:

Ужасные номера, не больше 12-15 квадратов стандартный номер, такой маленькой душевой я не видела ни в одном отеле, описание номера на сайте не соответствует его фактического состоянию, мебель старая и обшарпаная, постельное белье застиранное, подушки старые и воняют, дверь в душевой была гнилая, рассыпалась, балкона фактически нет, так называемый французский балкон очень маленький. Спа бесплатного нет, только платный массаж, сауна - платно. Территория у отеля очень маленькая, все занимают два бассейна, возле которых и лежат целый день туристы. До моря нужно ехать на электромашинке, спуск-подъем - очень крутые, не для людей с проблемами со здоровьем. На рецепшене сотрудники, осуществляющие заселение- хамы, взяли депозит дополнительный, поскольку якобы не могли проверь отплату через Букинг ком. Все просьбы поменять номер, предоставить номер чистый, не с убитой мебелью - проигнорированы. У отеля нет своей территории, негде ходить, гулять, сидеть на улице. Категорически не рекомендую, пожалели, что выкупили этот отель!
