Not staying at Ibis anymore
Pros:

The location and the connectivity.

Cons:

The room was smaller than expected, the AC fan wasn't working properly which led to lack of air flow in the room, the bed was sinking and it wasn't comfortable to sleep on. The room they gave was at the end of the lobby where the numbers didn't match, it felt like it was their bare minimum and one of their worst room's. No follow up was taken post complaint was raised and their response time for a request is atleast 45 mins.
