Понравилось все - близко к центру, к району бань, очень просторный чистый номер, веранда на крыше с видом на город, ну и конечно бомбические завтраки.
На второй день просила Тамару уменьшить количество блюд, потому что все было очень вкусным и добровольно отказаться было трудно. Яичница, омлет, овощи, дыни-арбузы, хачапури, оладьи, черешня, голубика, свежевыжатый сок, вареный кофе, и все безумно вкусно.
Огромное спасибо прекрасной Тамаре за душевный прием! Очень надеюсь вернуться еще.

I rarely stay at the same hotel twice — I usually prefer trying new places. But I came back to Omart for the second time, and I’ll be returning for a third visit very soon for the Moby concert. I think that’s the best recommendation I can give.

I love everything about this place: the spacious rooms with large bathrooms, the antique furniture, the artwork, and the beautifully curated interior. One of my favorite spots is the rooftop terrace, where you can simply sit and enjoy the view over Tbilisi. There’s also a lovely green garden with cozy corners where it’s perfect to have a coffee, read a book, or work in peace.

Although the hotel is just a few minutes’ walk from the busiest tourist streets, it’s incredibly quiet. All you hear in the morning is birdsong.

A special mention goes to the owner. She is young, elegant, and stylish, and every morning she prepares breakfast herself—pancakes, fritters, omelets, homemade fruit compotes, Georgian cheeses, and fresh fruit. She is always happy to give recommendations, help with anything you need, or simply make sure you’re enjoying your stay. She has a wonderful way of making every guest feel genuinely welcome.

At some point, you realize you’re not staying in a hotel anymore. It feels as if you have friends in Georgia, and every time you come back to Tbilisi, you’re staying with them.

Thank you for creating that feeling. It’s the reason I keep coming back.

The breakfast was fantastic, freshly cooked and served with such genuine hospitality. The location was on a beautiful hilly street of Tbilisi with captivating views all around, away from noise and crowds, yet easy to get to the touristy parts on foot. The hotel is a touching tribute to the great Georgian painter (the hostess' late father), whose works greet you from the walls in the hallways and rooms. My family is very grateful to Tamara for our truly unforgettable stay at Omart Hotel and Gallery, sharing her family legacy and treating us with famous Georgian hospitality!

The location of the property is very close by to old town, literally 15 mins of walking. Apart from this, the room is very spacious & comfortable. We were staying on the third floor with a spectacular view of the city. The host Tamar, her mom & her daughters are very friendly and full of warmth, they made us feel like home, as if we are a part of their family. Breakfast was freshly prepared every day & we were always greeted with smiles. I will be more than happy to come back to stay at Omart!

Мы провели три незабываемых дня в Тбилиси, и без сомнений можем сказать, что OMART Hotel это лучшее место, в котором нам довелось остановиться.

Это не просто отель, это настоящий музей с удивительной атмосферой, красивыми картинами и историей, которая чувствуется в каждой детали. Здесь хочется рассматривать каждый уголок и наслаждаться уютом.

Номера очень чистые, просторные и оснащены всем необходимым для комфортного отдыха. Нас было шесть человек, и найти подходящие номера для такой большой компании, задача не из легких. Но благодаря Тамаре всё было организовано идеально. Она помогла с размещением, всегда была рядом и сделала всё, чтобы мы чувствовали себя как дома😇

Отдельного восхищения заслуживают завтраки. Каждый день они были разными, невероятно вкусными и приготовленными с душой. Домашняя выпечка, потрясающий торт, свежие продукты, каждое утро было настоящим праздником😋

Тамара, спасибо Вам за Вашу заботу, помощь, искреннее гостеприимство, теплоту и любовь к своему делу. Таких людей встречаешь очень редко. Вы не просто принимаете гостей, Вы дарите ощущение дома вдали от дома😘

Отдыхали в Тбилиси два дня с друзьями, сняли у Тамары два номера, на втором этаже с видом на город и на третьем этаже с милым балкончиком увитым виноградом. Дом небольшой, всего шесть номеров. Все очень уютные и стильные, интересный дизайн, красивая мебель, везде висят картины. В номере есть все необходимое, как в описании. Единственный минус это деревянная лестница, она очень крутая и скрипучая, людям в возрасте будет достаточно сложно подниматься. Есть открытая терраса на четвертом этаже, с нее открыта прекрасный вид на город, также небольшой дворик, где можно посидеть выпить кофе. Расположение отеля прекрасное, в пешей доступности исторический центр города, обменники, магазины, рестораны, подъемник к крепости Нарикала. Отдельная благодарность Тамаре за ее вкуснейшие завтраки, доброжелательное отношение и готовность ответить на любые вопросы. Если соберемся опят в Тбилиси, обязательно остановимся у нее)

Such a beautiful little guest house close to the old town. Tamar the owner is incredible and makes you feel so welcome. Rooms are huge and beautifully decorated with art. Breakfast was outstanding and made fresh from scratch. Tamar even allowed us to stay until evening without charge as we had a late flight. Highly recommend this property.

Omart Hotel is a super charming family owned hotel with beautiful paintings by the owner’s late dad decorating the walls of both rooms and hallways. Both the owner and her daughter were super kind, and I felt so welcome from the moment I stepped in. I had the pleasure to stay in a room with a gorgeous view of Tbilisi, I had a delicious homemade breakfast the next morning (marmalade, khachapuri, fruit, everything was delicious!) and overall wished I could have stayed longer.

Exceptionally great location, view, breakfast and caring hostess. 10/10

Удобное месторасположения. В пешей доступности красивый парк. Есть парковка. Завтрак был великолепный, изобильный. Хозяйка очень приветливая и отзывчивая.
Номер просторный. Халаты, тапочки, все необходимое для комфортного пребывания. Утюг по запросу.

Hartelijk ontvangst, door de familie, waren zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De kamer had goede faciliteiten met een zacht bed en, een goed werkende AC. Ook lekker ontbijt, super uitgebreid en vers!

Хозяйка безумно приятная женщина, всегда на связи, очень гостеприимная! Номер очень комфортный, красивый. Завтрак потрясающий, домашний и вкусный. Нам все очень понравилось!

Уют, гостеприимство хозяев в 3 поколениях, забота, как будто ты самый дорогой гость.

Завтрак просто космос - 4-5 перемен блюд только для вас.

Отель в историческом центре. Парковочные места есть. Хозяева гостеприимные, по многим вопросам подсказали. Завтрак очень вкусный и плотный, хватает на пол-дня. Шикарный вид с веранды на крыше на 360 градусов. Номер большой, хорошо оформленный. Мы в восторге.

It was just amazing. Tamar, the owner was sooo nice and we felt like at home there. The breakfast was outstanding. I would definitely come here again when we visit Tiblisi. Perfect location to walk to the old town if you want to see some streets that are not touristic. The room was spacious and calm.

Tamar ist eine sehr herzliche und zuvorkommende Gastgeberin, die die allgemein bekannte georgische Gastfreundschaft perfekt verkörpert. Mit ihrem üppigen Frühstück achtet sie darauf, dass man morgens nie mit hungrigem Magen aus dem Haus geht. Dass die Unterkunft ein kleiner Familienbetrieb ist (sowohl ihre Mutter als auch ihre Töchter helfen mit) und die wunderschönen Gemälde von ihrem - mittlerweile leider verstorbenen - Vater gemalt wurden, verleiht dem Boutique Hotel seine besondere Atmosphäre. Die fußläufige Nähe zum Stadtzentrum sowie die wunderschöne Aussicht auf die Stadt runden das Erlebnis ab. Für mich war der Aufenthalt im Omart Hotel-Gallery mein Highlight in Tiflis.
