Enjoyable family trip in Sumava
Pros:

Very clean and spacious, big balcony with lake view, comfortable big bed and kitchenette with all you need - hot plate, small fridge, kettle and sink. The 55" TV was very useful too.The host was great. Sent all instructions in advance and very responsive and patient. Thank you!!

Cons:

V den příjezdu mi bylo oznámeno, že ubytování nemá nic společného s Wellness, a parkovat se dá jen za 11 euro na den. Vybavení apartmánu jedna sklenička na pití, dva hrnky... Každých 15 minut se zapínalo chlazení lednice, které bylo velice hlučné. Hlásím jako klamavá reklama Wellness a ještě si tam dají fotky s aquaparku. :-(

Vše bylo čisté, instrukce jasné, ubytování ve smyslu airnb, samoobslužné. Kontakty funkční, provozovatel ochotný, vyhověl, poradil.
Apartmán čistý, vybavené, klid a ticho, vedle hotel, snídaně k dispozici, wellnes, aquapark..okolí krásné

Cons:

Vše ok.
Jen chybí polička ve sprše a světlo u umyvadla nesvítí. Ale stačilo to k pobytu i tak

Gute Lage, Ausstattung, neues Mobiliar im Raum, Aufzug, regelmäßige Reinigung durch Personal des Hotels

Cons:

Keine Fahrradstellplätze, innerhalb von großem Hotel etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, würde ich für kleine Kinder nicht empfehlen, da Balkonbalustrade sehr niedrig. War eine Fehlbuchung, konnte sie direkt nach Buchung nicht mehr stornieren, da von Gastgeber abgelehnt. das fand ich etwas unseriös. Ansonsten war der Aufenthalt schön, Gastgeber schnell erreichbar als Ceranfeld ausfiel.

Absolutne presna komunikace s pronajimatelem, vse pres WhatsApp, dokonale informace. Vse ciste, rekonstruovane

Cons:

Mne se libilo vsechno, chtel jsem narychlo ubytko na jednu noc a vse klaplo dokonale za vybornou cenu. Jen kdybych tam jel na dovolenou, tak bych nechtel bydlet v prizemi pred parkovistem.

Sehr schönes und sauberes Appartement! Der Aquapark mit Sauna gleich daneben ist zu empfehlen!
Pros:

Das Appartment ist geräumig, gut geschnitten, komfortabel und hat alles was man braucht!

Cons:

Der kleine, steile Pfad, über welchen man das Haus erreicht, da wir ein 1-jähriges Baby hatten, war es ein wenig umständlich.
