Pros:

Setting, bubble room, staff and food all excellent. Highly recommend staying here. Food was particularly good - dinner and breakfast were excellent.

Pros:

We hebben een zeer aangenaam verblijf gehad. Het personeel is bijzonder vriendelijk en gastvrij. De locatie is prachtig, midden tussen de velden en heerlijk rustig. Het zwembad is zeer mooi en er zijn comfortabele ligbedden om volledig te ontspannen.

Het ontbijt was uitstekend en zeer uitgebreid. Ook de kamer was mooi, netjes en tot in de puntjes verzorgd. Daarnaast is de ligging ideaal, dicht bij Matera Sassi. Een echte aanrader!



We had a very pleasant stay. The staff is exceptionally friendly and welcoming. The location is beautiful, right in the middle of the fields and wonderfully quiet. The swimming pool is very beautiful and there are comfortable sunbeds for complete relaxation.

The breakfast was excellent and very extensive. The room was also beautiful, neat, and meticulously cared for. Additionally, the location is ideal, close to Matera Sassi. Highly recommended!

Eine sehr empfehlenswerte Location. Gerne wieder.
Pros:

Das Beste waren die Lage (wenn man die Gegend um Matera erkunden will), die Pool-Anlage und der "Capo". Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig. Überraschend gut und im Preis angemessen war auch das Menu-Angebot im Restaurant. Ein tolles Erlebnis sind bestimmt die "Bubble-Rooms", die wir leider verpasst haben. Eine grosse private Feier hat zwar am Anreisetag die ganze Anlage incl. Pool belegt, wir konnten uns aber gut integrieren :-) und hatten grossen Spass beim Zuschauen.

Cons:

Das Frühstück ist für italienische Verhältnisse wahrscheinlich OK mit reichlich süssen Sachen, ansonsten etwas limitiert, besonders was die Brotauswahl angeht. Aber man kann damit zurecht kommen.

Relax e frescura a soli 10 minuti da Matera
Pros:

Una tenuta molto curata, immersa in un paesaggio incantevole: i campi di grano tutto attorno danno l'impressione di galleggiare fra le onde di un mare dorato.
La struttura è molto bella, le camere spaziose e pulite, la piscina è fantastica! Il buffet della colazione è ben fornito e anche la cucina del ristorante è di ottimo livello.
Insomma, ci siamo trovate così bene che abbiamo deciso di trattenerci un paio di giorni in più e la signora Nancy, gentilissima e molto efficiente, ci ha trovato subito un'altra camera altrettanto confortevole.
Grazie anche alla donzella che ci ha seguite per il check-in e alla fanciulla che ha curato la nostra stanza.
Una settimana che ci resterà nel cuore.

Ils nous ont fait payer un supplément inutile d'une somme de 50€ pour un seul lit !, nous étions 8 personnes deux famille de 4. Nous avons mit sur " booking" en recherche 4 enfants et 4 adultes. Nous avons découvert que il y avait une chambre avec 5 personpnes et une autre de 3 ce qui pos problème!, car il avait un enfant qui se retrouve pas avec sa famille. Arrivé sur place on en a discuté avec la réceptionniste, elle nous a dit qu'elle allait faire unm emploi pour être a 4. Donc on sait dépêcher a payer les 50€ sauf que après on sait rendu compte que on avait payer pour 9 personnes et pas pour 8, j'ai trouvé ça très impoli et mal honnête de leur part ! Très mauvaise expérience.

Pros:

Die Anlage/Architektur ist sehr schön, außergewöhnlich und einzigartig. Sie liegt außerhalb von Matera. Die Unterkunft ist abgelegen, ruhig und sehr gepflegt/sauber. Mit dem Auto ist man in 15 Minuten in der Altstadt. Es gibt ausreichend kostenlose Parkplätze bei der Unterkunft. Man entkommt dem Trubel der lebendigen Stadt Matera und ist trotzdem Teil davon. An der Unterkunft selbst können wir wirklich nichts bemängeln. Alles eigentlich eine 10/10.

Cons:

1.) Bei der Ankunft wurden wir vom Personal leider zunächst nicht richtig beachtet, obwohl nur wir dort waren. Wir wussten auch nicht wirklich, ob wir richtig standen, da die Bar gleichzeitig die Rezeption war. Wir fühlten uns ignoriert und unwohl. Erst als ein Mann kam -der Besitzer?- und uns begrüßte, wussten wir, dass wir richtig sind. Wir wurden auf eine Runde Espresso eingeladen und bekamen dann unsere Schlüssel und wurden zu den Zimmern geführt.
2.) Am Abend bestellten wir an der Bar/Rezeption ein Negroni, zwei Sprizz und ein Softdrink. Es hat wirklich unfassbar lange gedauert, bis die Frau die Getränke fertig hatte. Zudem waren der Negroni und die Aperol Spritz leider nicht gut. Vielleicht lag es an der Veranstaltung, die am Pool stattfand. Die junge Frau war wirklich sehr nett!!! Jedoch war der Service und die Qualität der Getränke nicht dem Standard des Hotels entsprechend.
3.) Leider gab es beim Frühstück auch Probleme: Wir waren 9:15 Uhr dort. Es hat uns niemand empfangen. Es war kein Personal anwesend. Wir konnten keinen Kaffee, Espresso, ... bestellen oder selbst nehmen. Es gab keine Gläser für Wasser, deshalb haben wir Weingläser aus einem Schrank genommen. Es gab keine Teller. Wir haben improvisiert. Es war kein Brot vorhanden, nur zwei Scheiben Toastbrot. Ein paar Scheiben Käse und gekochten Schinken, der nicht für uns vier Personen gereicht hat. Die Behälter mit Rührei und ? waren leer. Nur gekochte Eier waren noch da. Was es ausreichend gab: Kuchen in großer Auswahl. Irgendwann hatten wir alle etwas auf dem Teller und starteten unser Frühstück ohne Cappuccino. Leider war der Tisch -der erste neben dem Eingang/Rezeption- extrem kaputt. Die Tischplatte hat extrem gewackelt. Am Ende es Frühstücks hat uns dann eine Mitarbeiterin auch einen Cappuccino zubereitet.
Es ist wirklich sehr schade, weil das Hotel wirklich toll ist. Auch das Frühstück könnte sehr gut sein. Wahrscheinlich hatten wir einen schlechten Tag erwischt.

Relax in campagna
Pros:

La pozione, in mezzo alla campagna. Una calma assoluta. La struttura bellissima, pulitissima. Personale gentile, accogliente. Camera pulita, luminosa. Bagno con super doccia. Peccato per il letto (con traversa di plastica sotto al lenzuolo di sotto che trattiene il caldo e non favorisce il sonno) . Piscina bella con lettini e gazebo . Colazione stellare! Con vasta scelta di torte fatte dal loro pasticcere. Una più buona dell' altra. Spremuta d arancia fresca . Caffetteria espressa. Ampia scelta di affettati e formaggi.

Wir werden diese Unterkunft weiterempfehlen und auf jedenfall wiederkommen
Pros:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und zuvorkommend. Die Zimmer waren sehr schön, großzügig geschnitten und sauber. Das Hotel liegt ruhig mitten in den Getreidefeldern und ist ideal zum Entspannen.

Besonders hervorzuheben sind der schöne Pool sowie das ausgezeichnete Essen im Restaurant. Insgesamt haben wir unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und können das Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Beautiful hotel
Pros:

The hotel is beautiful, and the room very comfortable and big. It is located 20 min far from Matera, but if you have a car it totally worthy. It is in the middle of nowhere and the views around are stunning. The breakfast also was very good, with a lot of options.

Cons:

I couldn’t use the swimming pool a lot because they were cleaning it.

Molto carino per una notte diversa dal solito!
Pros:

La notte in bubble room con vasca idromassaggio è stata molto piacevole. Colazione ricca e varia e gentilezza del personale alla reception. Buono anche il servizio ristorante interno da poter prenotare in aggiunta. Nel complesso una esperienza positiva :)

Nous avons détesté le petit déjeuner vraiment le pire que nous ayons eu de notre road trip en Italie salé ( oeuf et bacon. ) le sucré 2-3 gâteau absolument insipide enfin le
Comble même pas une cafetière à disposition il faut attendre que l’on daigne nous servir un espresso du bar …. Pas super agréable le matin d’attendre 15 minutes son café. Nous n’avons pas dutout aimé le nettoyage plus que baclé des chambres (taches blanches sur le linge de lit, canapé et coussins). Le réceptionniste oubliant de désactiver les enceintes à la pisicine ou l’on entend le bruit du bar et de la réception au bord de la piscine. Le fait que des 6h30 du matin des travaux ou des engins sont mis en route au bord de notre chambre. Le mauvais rapport qualité prix global pour une chambre aussi cher ne même pas mettre d’eau à disposition de ses client est mesquin. Enfin les portions du restaurant qui sont vraiment pitoyable 17 euros pour 5 minuscule raviole. En faisant payer le couvert dans un hôtel…. Dans lequel on séjourne …
