Hôtel très confortable, hors de la vieille ville et donc très calme. Service de navette gratuite pour la plage ou la vieille ville très pratique et apprécié! Le petit-déjeuner, la très grande piscine, le bar, la salle de sport sont superbes! Mention spéciale pour le personnel qui fait tout pour vous rendre service. Nous avions par exemple oublié un sac alors que nous étions déjà à la gare de Danang pour repartir, l'hôtel nous a trouvé une moto-taxi et nous a tenu informé tout le long du trajet afin que nous récupérions le sac à la gare, avant notre voyage. Vraiment, un grand merci pour ce beau séjour!

Cons:

Rien à dire. Nous recommandons les yeux fermés cet hôtel et son personnel très chaleureux et serviable!

We liked this hotel and we thought Huong in particular was an excellent manager.
Pros:

Great location out of the busy city but easy to get in and out either by Grab, the hotel shuttle or we walked in to Hoi-An sometimes 20-25 minute walk. Good location to bike to paddy fields and to get away easily for trips to Danang and local attractions. A good pool area to relax after day trips and an excellent breakfast bar. Cold water, snacks and cans of soft drink restocked each day was a nice added extra

Cons:

Good room but bathroom strangely needed updating (but our teenagers room next door had a brand new bathroom which was excellent ). A few more beds around the pool would be even better.

Hotel perfetto per la posizione: vicina alla città vecchia ma non nel caos. Disponibilità e gentilezza dello staff.
Pros:

Posizione ottima, camera ampia e spaziosa. Cambio di asciugamani due volte al giorno (per la camera Suite), piscina pulita e teli sempre a disposizione. La colazione buona.

Cons:

Eravamo nella struttura durante una ristrutturazione di una parte dell’hotel e purtroppo avevamo il cantiere attaccato alla finestra della camera.
La camera poteva avere un ricircolo di aria migliorabile.

bien pour dormir. pas lieu de villégiature ou de restauration.
Pros:

l’emplacement et la serviabilité du personnel.

Cons:

La piscine petite surpeuplée et 6 transats à disposition sans compter les 5 les pieds dans l’eau. les toilettes de la piscine cracra.
Attention à la chambre avec vue sur un mur à 2 mètres.

Genoten. We zullen weer terug komen.
Pros:

De vriendelijkheid van het personeel en het warme welkom hebben wij als zeer prettig ervaren. Je voelde je echt gast en kreeg dagelijks persoonlijke aandacht.
Het ontbijt was uitgebreid en perfect.

Cons:

Eigenlijk niks. Er waren wat weinig zwembadbedjes, maar de ruimte die ervoor was was dan ook optimaal benut.

Pros:

Fijne, mooie kamer. Goed ontbijt en schoon.

Cons:

Het is niet echt gericht op gezinnen met kinderen ondanks dat ze aangeven van wel. Het zwembad is superklein en de zogenaamde kids corner slaat nergens op.

Great hotel in a great location
Pros:

The hotel is located just outside the old town great location, beautiful staff and facilities great would recommend

Cons:

Only negative was we had a family next door and the kids ran up and down the stairs in their room which was very loud, but not hotels room fault just parent us not controlling their kids
