A wow hotel, a real Vietnam jewel and we loved every minute of our stay
Pros:

The hotel was clean, well organised and decorated stylishly. What stood out for us was the exceptional service excellence from every staff member - best we have ever experienced in our travels.

Cons:

Very minor was not enough sun beds but that was very minor

Pros:

Het ontbijt was heerlijk! Het hotel zit er erg schoon en nieuw uit. Het zwembad is heerlijk! En er is happy hour op cocktails en bier. De kamers zijn groot en erg schoon! We zouden hier zeker terug komen!

C’était cool mais pas pour rester très longtemps

Cons:

Restaurant ferme très tôt 21h30 cuisine fermé .. il y a du voisinage à côté de la chambre que j’avais .. une maison de locaux donc le matin c’était très bruyant .. piscine un pet petite quand y’a du monde

Super leuk verblijf heel dicht bij old town en het strand.
Pros:

De locatie van dit verblijf was helemaal top!
En ook het personeel was zo lief en behulpzaam. Je kon gebruik maken van een gratis shuttle naar old town en naar het strand waar zij een hele leuke strand tent hebben.
Ook was het erg schoon en een fijne hotelkamer met 2 kids!

Khách sjan siêu gần ở Hội An, cách tầm 1,5 km
Khách sạn tiện nghị, villa siêu sạch sẽ và thoáng mát
Mình và gia đình có trải nghiệm tuyệt vời ở đây

Cons:

Đồ ăn sáng còn ít options , chưa có quá nhiều lựa chọn
Checkin còn chậm mãi mới có phòng checkin nên mn có thể lựa tiem tới checkin

I liked that it was a little away from the business of Hoi An.

Cons:

The rooms weren't clean especially the one with the 3 single bed. The bathroom tub had mold including the shower curtains. It smelt like musky old moldy furniture.

Fantastisk personligt og hyggeligt hotel.
Pros:

Utrolig hyggeligt og nærværende hotel. Personalet kunne efter få dage huske vores værelses nummer og personlige præferencer til mad og drikke.
Vi elsker Diem, hun er så sød og smilende.

Beliggenheden lidt uden for old Town var virkelig rart, da det gav mulighed for ro. Der er flere gode spise steder i gå afstand, som vi fandt via Google Maps.

Vi vil helt sikkert besøge The Saga Hotel, hvis vi kommer til Hoi An igen.

Cons:

Værelserne ud mod vejen kan virke støjende hit nogen, men så kan man vælge værelse mod poolen.

Pros:

The room was very spacious! We fit 3 people comfortably and even had living room space. The bathroom as well was very spacious.
The room was modern and renovated.
The restaurant was very good and the food delicious. We ended up having lunch there almost everyday.

Cons:

Location is "far" from the center to go on foot in the heat, but very accesible with the bikes and grab ( 4 minutes tops)
The shower is at the same level with the rest of the bathroom (which is common in Vietnam), so even though that there is a glass separation, the floor gets wet (since the bathroom is spacious, at least it is not all the floor)
First night there was a family in the room above us, so we could hear the kids running, but it did not interfere with our rest, because the noise stopped by 8 pm.

A Must-Try in Hoi An
Pros:

A very pleasant stay! The staff were genuinely kind, attentive, and always willing to help. The hotel has good facilities, and the swimming pool is clean and relaxing. Great value for money, great breakfast and I would happily stay here again. Highly recommended!
