Relaxing stay
Pros:

Great staff, good breakfast, big pool! All perfect really

Cons:

Playground was bit small but will be enlarged and improved we heard. Streetside can be a bit noisy for the light sleeper.

Lovely hotel with very friendly staff
Pros:

Lovely hotel, the first room we were put in had a bad musty damp smell and the lovely staff changed our room and upgraded for the inconvenience as we were staying for 7 nights. The spa is lovely we got a free foot massage with our booking. Nice breakfast too and the free bikes were a plus

Cons:

Just beware that some rooms might have the damp smell!

Exceptional Stay in Hoi An!
Pros:

What an exceptional stay in Hoi An! The Saga was fantastic - super friendly staff, great food and drink, and a wonderful suite! And the low price made it all even better! It was good to be a little way from the craziness of historic downtown of Hoi An, but still within a 20 minute walk. We walked back and forth each day of our stay and it was a good way to keep the weight off from all the good eating. We particularly enjoyed Huong at the reception desk - she was so cute, kind, and attentive to all of our needs. The pool was a great way to cool off after walking around Hoi An each day. We borrowed their bikes to ride to the beach and just as we got there my wife's tire went flat. After calling the hotel on WhatsApp, they sent a dedicated car and driver to our location and at the time we requested to rescue us and bring us back to the hotel. They also provided a free ride to the Da Nang airport on the last day of our stay (I think this was included with the suite we booked). The entire complex was beautiful and we enjoyed every minute of our stay! Thanks for making our Hoi An experience even better, Saga Hotel!

Cons:

The bikes could use a bit of upkeep - the brakes were basically metal-on-metal, but you get what you pay for (they were free! Lol!)

Pros:

L'accueil était impeccable. Le personnel est reactif et aux petits soins.
La chambre était grande et confortable.
L'espace piscine très agréable.
L'endroit permet de rejoindre facilement la vieille ville. L'hôtel propose des navettes régulières.
Les repas étaient excellents.

Cons:

L'hôtel très calme, le soir, cela manquait d'animation. Mais cela en raison de la proximité avec la vieille ville où l'on peut facilement sortir pour aller dans des restaurants plus animés.

Onwijs genoten en je geld waard!
Pros:

Onwijs mooi en schoon hotel, goed gelegen en heel lief personeel. Kamers zijn prachtig, ik had het uitzicht op het zwembad en dat was heel fijn om mee wakker te worden. De extra service van de shuttle en fietsen is echt heel fijn. De fiets heb ik elke dag gebruikt om door de buurt te fietsen en naar Old Town te gaan. Ik heb echt genoten en zou hier echt nog graag een keer willen terugkomen.

Cons:

Ik bleef er te kort :( ik had graag wat langer willen blijven en genieten van de omgeving en de faciliteiten die het hotel aanbiedt.

Cons:

The complimentary mini bar we were sold was only a can of coke and packet of crisps daily. The shower whilst good and clean flooded the room almost every time as it was not enclosed and the water went everywhere

Off center but lovely
Pros:

The hotel is modern and comfortable, with lovely rooms and pool area. The breakfast was nice and varied.

Cons:

Honestly the only downside is really the location. It is not near enough to the center of Hoi An, in my opinion, to walk to it. They do offer a free shuttle, so keep that in mind, but the schedule is sporadic and ended up not being practical for us to wait for those hours.
