Poor value for money
Cons:

The room was located near the refurbishment of the hotel that meant constant noise, blocked off routes and the WiFi did not work. The view was non existent- work site and tarpaulins. The carpets were frayed/threadbare and the decor was dated.

Muchas áreas en remodelación

Cons:

Pedí habitación con balcón y vistas a la ciudad me asignaron una sin balcón y vistas a depósitos y zonas de mantenimiento con mucho personal de mantenimiento, nunca abrí las cortinas. Muy incómodo

Ubicacion, gimnasio, piscina y sauna. Las camas muy comodas.

Cons:

El desayuno podría ser mejor, mas jamon, quesos, pan del día (el pan parecia del día anterior). Las frutas por otro lado muy ricas. El cafe podria mejorar. Las camas comodas pero eramos 3 durmiendo en 2 camas matrimoniales, podrian tener 3 camas individuales.

Gracias Hillary en recepción super amable servicial, genial su buen trato increíble. Doña Liliana la de limpieza también increíble su trato , su servicio muy eficiente. En general todo el personal muy amable. recomiendo para ir en familia al hotel Irazu. La pasamos excelente.

El trato del personal del restaurante es excelente

Cons:

No pude dormir por el ruido de la habitacion de al lado..realmente muy mal .. no hay contencion entre una habitacion y otra en el ruido
