Excelente desayuno, pero hubiera preferido llamada en vez de ver a alguien del hotel tocando a puert

El desayuno. Estaba delicioso el picadillo y el gallo pinto

Cons:

No me gustó que llegara una oficial de seguridad hasta mi habitación, tocó la puerta para decirme que supuestamente otros huéspedes se quedaron por el volumen del televisor.

Honestamente no sentí estuviera altísimo. Nunca me había pasado. Hubiese preferido hubieran llamado por teléfono para avisarme.

Una escapada en la ciudad perfecta!
Pros:

Prácticamente todo del hotel está muy bien
El jacuzzi excelente aún cuando los “jets” estaban dañados.
El desayuno buffet excelente, mucho huevo, gallo pinto , café, jugo, panes, frutas montones, etc.

Está visita todo perfecto !!!

Volveremos pronto

Nuestra estancia en el Hotel Irazú fue realmente maravillosa. Nos encantaron las habitaciones, muy lindas, cómodas y bien cuidadas. La atención de Joan y Luis en el desayuno y en la recepción muy amables fue excelente; estuvieron siempre muy atentos, amables y serviciales, lo cual hizo nuestra experiencia aún más especial.

Decidimos celebrar el cumpleaños número 8 de Isabela en el hotel porque nos encanta la atención, la piscina y el ambiente tan agradable que ofrecen. Además, tuvieron el detalle de preparar un hermoso arreglito de bienvenida para ella, un gesto que agradecemos muchísimo y que hizo su día todavía más especial.

Muchas gracias al equipo del Hotel Irazú por hacer de nuestra celebración un momento tan bonito. Sin duda, volveremos.

Poor value for money
Cons:

The room was located near the refurbishment of the hotel that meant constant noise, blocked off routes and the WiFi did not work. The view was non existent- work site and tarpaulins. The carpets were frayed/threadbare and the decor was dated.

Muchas áreas en remodelación

Cons:

Pedí habitación con balcón y vistas a la ciudad me asignaron una sin balcón y vistas a depósitos y zonas de mantenimiento con mucho personal de mantenimiento, nunca abrí las cortinas. Muy incómodo

Ubicacion, gimnasio, piscina y sauna. Las camas muy comodas.

Cons:

El desayuno podría ser mejor, mas jamon, quesos, pan del día (el pan parecia del día anterior). Las frutas por otro lado muy ricas. El cafe podria mejorar. Las camas comodas pero eramos 3 durmiendo en 2 camas matrimoniales, podrian tener 3 camas individuales.
