Fair and reasonable because of the foul smell at the entrance.
Pros:

The staff were all very respectful, helpful, commendable and makes your clients feel very important. We give your staff 5 stars!!!

Cons:

As you enter the hotel, there is a foul smell which maybe the sewerage???
Not very happy with your breakfast menu daily. There was one day when you served Champorado but NO dried fish served to matched the Champorado

Enjoyed my stay.
Pros:

The property is conveniently located. Even with flooding in other areas in MM, the place was easy to get to despite the heavy rains and flood. The room is nice, big and clean.

Cons:

There is no “smoking/vaping area”. You have to step out of the hotel to “vape”.
