Pros:

The staff were great! It’s located next to a grocery store (Chedraui), which it’s super convenient!
It’s also close to the main road where you can take public transportation. There are also several taxis parked outside Chedraui that you can take. It’s also super close to the ADO bus station.

Cons:

If you stay in the rooms with balcony, you’ll hear lots of noises at night. Drunk people, cars, parties, etc.

The pool is gross. Not quite sure if they clean it.
The hotel is outdated.

L’emplacement est top, le personnel aussi. Très bon petit déjeuner et c’est super d’avoir deux piscines

Cons:

Pendant un moment nous avons eu de l’eau noire dans la salle de bain, notamment dans les toilettes. Mais cela n’a pas duré très longtemps

muy buen hotel en relación precio/calidad... en 10 minutos caminando estás a pie de playa... el personal es amable; el servicio de desayuno es un poco caótico, pero está rico.

Cons:

no tenía vista panorámica; las instalaciones están descuidadadas, pero limpias.

Esta muy comodo el hotel serca de la playa y centros comerciales el personal muy amable todo muy bien

Talves con la calor que ase en puerto escondido seria bueno cambiar el sistema de aire acondicionado el que me toco ya estava muy viejo y casi no enfriaba solo eso..

Pros:

The shower was good enough, the wifi strong and the pool was cool enough after a hot day. We had a three person bedroom which overlooks the bay.

It is situated in a noisy area but you can't do much about that.

excelente relacion costo - beneficio, el lugar es bonito, tranquilo, las albercas estan limpias y por la tarde realmente estan vacias, llegabamos de la playa y nos metiamos a la alberca a relajarnos y la alberca la teniamos para nosotros solos

Pros:

Lugar cerca de las playas principales, muy cerca de centros comerciales, cerca de la central de autobuses, hay muchos lugares para comer cerca del hotel. Desayuno gratis y bien servido.
