Always delightful!
Pros:

I like the breakfasts because there is something for most cultural groups. The staff are very helpful and supportive. The coffee is always good. Reception and waiting staff are always excellent! Meals are always of a high standard. In the Mana restaurant, service and cuisine are always of high quality. My various rooms have always been clean, well supported with toiletries, towels erc.

Cons:

Once when I came to the new section, I had been driving for hours and was very tired and had not eaten. In my room was a welcoming small bowl of fruit - a nice welcome! Now you welcome with fresh orange juice - also good!
When the old building is done up, I am sure any plumbing problems there will be solved then.
Parking is on-street.

Pros:

Das Zimmer war groß genug, ich könnte gut abdunkeln & das Bett war bequem.
Die Klimaanlage hat gut funktioniert.
Die Mitarbeiterinnen sind freundlich, hilfsbereit & sprechen Englisch.
Der Transfer vom Flughafen war pünktlich & schnell.
Die Lage ist zentral, man kann die Stadt zu Fuß erkunden, wenn man möchte.
Das Restaurant ist sehr schick & lecker, aber ziemlich teuer für lokale Verhältnisse.

Cons:

Das WLAN war schnell & verlässlich, aber nur für einen Zimmerbereich gedacht. In der Lobby usw. muss man das Netzwerk wechseln.

Overall very happy with hotel
Pros:

Good location, near city center and easy to get a taxi. Staff very nice and accommodating

Cons:

So the driver forgot to pick me up from the airport. The front desk was very apologetic, offered to give me a free ride back and extend my checkout until 1PM. Overall very happy with hotel

Clean, comfortable and friendly
Pros:

Our room was very clean, comfortable and quiet. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Good location with two supermarkets nearby. Dinner at Pro-Ema restaurant was amazing as always.

Pros:

海まで歩いてすぐ。
ミニバスの乗り方を教えてくれたり、とても親切にしてもらった。
部屋はとても広く、バルコニーまで付いていた。
あと、毎日洗濯してくれたのも助かった。
朝ごはん、すごくおいしかったです。
私はいつもは紅茶派ですが、ここに来たらぜひコーヒーを。
お昼も一度レストランで食べました。
リーズナブルで味もとても良かったです。
おすすめします。

I recommend anyone to stay here.
Pros:

The hotel is very clean the staff are very friendly and nice. They are constantly cleaning and always with smiles on their faces. Please come and stay in this hotel and you won’t be disappointed. I love their tagline “here your stay changes lives” so go stay there and change someone’s life.
