الطاقم ذوق ولطيف ويتدارك بسرعة المواقف وخصوصا لخبطة التسجيل والحجوزات ،
مكان نوعا ما صاخب خصوصا حمام السباحة دائم النشاط والحفلات والغناء ، مناسب لمحبين اجواء الحفلات .

Malheureusement il y a une très mauvaise organisation, beaucoup de personnel pour peu de clients et malgré ça l’organisation reste mauvaise.
Très bruyant, des mariages tous les soirs qui empêchent la tranquillité jusqu’à 23h

Zeer prettig verblijf, prima service alleen is er op loopafstand niks buiten het hotel.
Pros:

De uitstekende service van het personeel, het eten, de faciliteiten en de algehele sfeer. Het eten was goed, op 1 keer na.

Cons:

De harde muziek, de vele bruiloften (met luide muziek) die er dagelijks gehouden werden in de avonden. Zoals gezegd was het eten goed op 1 keer na en daar is mijn vrouw ziek van geworden. Wel heeft het hotel daar adequaat op gereageerd door alle hulp te bieden die nodig was. Zo hebben ze niks gerekend voor de roomservice toen mijn vrouw even ziek was en hebben ze gelijk actie ondernomen naar het restaurant van het zwembad, waar het gerecht vermoedelijk vandaan kwam. Daarnaast kwamen ze thee brengen voor mijn vrouw en toonden ze veel interesse in hoe het ging met haar en dat was zeer prettig.

Pros:

The personnel was kind and very helpful. Especially Reception Manager Ahmed, stood by me from the first minute arriving in Ramage, till the last one prior leaving to the airport. Since it was my first visit in Cairo and my needs where a lot since I had to be prepared for the food expo, the help I got was more than enough! I recommend Ramage resort without any hesitation for business trips or vacation. Thank you my friends, will miss you, till next time! 🙏🙏🙏

Η τοποθεσία, τα μεγάλα δωμάτια, το εξυπηρετικό προσωπικό.

Cons:

Το πρωινό ήταν μόνο αιγυπτιακού τύπου.
Μπορούσαμε να φάμε ελάχιστα. Καφέ σου έφερναν ένα φλιτζάνι και έπρεπε να πληρώσεις τον δεύτερο.
Τον πάτωμα δεν ήταν πολύ καθαρό και δεν άφηναν καθημερινά σαπουνακια στο μπάνιο. Ζητήσαμε όμως και μας άφησαν.

Everything was amazing, very friendly and helpful staff .
Property was clean, you'll find help whenever needed

Cons:

The place was a little bit full of noise because of the marriage parties take place over there. But, it was totally compensated with so many other good things.

Breakfast was passable.

بكل جداره وبدون ادني تفكير او تردد اذكي وبكل حفاوه الاستاذ حسين واشكره جزيل الشكر علي مدي حفاوته والشياكه والرقي الملحوظ في ترحابه بضيوفه والذي كان ظاهرا جدا في اختيار الشاليه وموقعه والڤيو المميز جدا مما يدل علي كفاءته التي تفوق موظف استقبال عادي بل يستحق ان يتم ترقيته الي منصب اعلي حيث سيمثل الفندق بكل كفاءه ومهنيه عاليه بدون ادني شك وسيكون احد الركايز الرئيسيه جدا لظهور الفندق بمظهر جديد راقي فاخر نظرا لمهنيته العاليه وخبرته الكبيره في هذا المجال لسنوات عديده كما لاحظت عليه في كل ردود افعاله وتصرفاته وتعبيراته اثناء تسجيل الدخول
