Pros:

The pool was a big hit for us all, it was large with three good slides. The food was plentiful and delicious. A plethora of activities to do including horse riding, go-karting, VR experience, and a play park for children. The staff were very helpful and kindly accommodated our needs to check out slightly later.

Cons:

Something that future guests would perhaps benefit from. A step by step guide on how to use the room safe. Also a brochure in the room for meal and activity timings on how and when to book.

Pobyt przewyższył oczekiwania, pod względem kulturowym, szacunku oraz wsparcia ze strony Pana Walida
Pros:

Obsługa przewyższała oczekiwania serwując bardzo dobre śniadania oraz obiady. Każda prośba nawet trudna do realizacji była spełniania od razu. Polecam Pana Walid, który był naszym opiekunem w trakcie pobytu. Organizował nam transfery prywatnym bardzo luksusowym samochodem, zwiedzanie z przewodnikiem khan el-Khalili , nawet tort urodzinowy cudowny w smaku. Na każdy kroku czuliśmy zaopiekowani i bezpieczni. Lokalizacja nie daleko lotniska. Gorąco polecam

Trop de bruit, hotel sur une grande artère ou le trafique n arrête pas. Clim bruyante avec fuite d eau!

Pros:

Good hotel but its set for more weddings instead of tourist or foregigners, Great facitlities and nice people , Good staff at restaurent they tried very hard to keep us happy, Offered option could have been better when I compare some of the other hotels I stayed and open buffet would work better IMO as they have set 3 menue to select for breakfast. It can be turnedaround to very good 5* hotel for more touriest if they have right management team and to make relevent changes. But to be fair for the price I would accept as its value for money.

Cons:

Noise on weekend on weddings too loud music, Reception to room with baggage its not great although porter did well to carry all of them bags to our room. Restaurent could offer more option and open bigger buffet could be better option. Freash management can make changes and take this hotel to another level.
