O estacionamento fica muito próximo aos quartos e a acústica deixa a desejar, gerando ruídos que prejudicam o conforto. Além disso, o chuveiro estava funcionando somente com água quente, sem possibilidade de ajustar a temperatura da água. Esses pontos impactaram negativamente minha experiência de hospedagem.

Eu precisava fazer o check in 02 horas antes do permitido. Entrei em contato com o hotel e expliquei minha necessidade e o motivo.
Foram muito solícitos em atender meu pedido. Não colocaram nenhum empecilho e me atenderam gentilmente no horário que eu pedi.
O café da manhã tbm é uma delícia. Os quartos são bem limpos e organizados. O chuveiro maravilhoso! Dá vontade de ficar um tempão no banho, curtindo... 😊

Cons:

O único problema é a luz do quarto. Como ela é painel de led, ao desligar ainda fica com claridade, como se não desligasse totalmente. Isso atrapalha um pouco a dormir. Acordei assustada às 04h30 da manhã com a claridade, pensando que já eram 08h. E após isso não consegui dormir novamente por conta disso.
