Location was good. Security staff are very helpful.
Disappointing stay – poor service and noisy room
I was quite disappointed with my recent stay for several reasons:
Overpriced, Small Rooms:The rooms are far too small for the price being charged.
Noisy Room & Poor Support: My room had an incredibly noisy electricity meter that made it impossible to sleep. When I asked staff to look into it, I was told no one was available until the next morning.
Unhelpful Reception:The front desk staff were unhelpful and seemed to rely entirely on robotic, standard answers rather than actually trying to solve problems.
Subpar Food:To top it off, the food quality was highly disappointing.
I would not recommend staying here until they improve their customer service and maintenance.
Great stay at Maa Hotel Nairobi! Love the location!The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and welcoming. A special thank you to Joseph, who was very supportive and always willing to assist whenever needed. His excellent service made my stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

The rooms are spacious and the location is quite central with respect to Nairobi CBD.
There’s nearby convenience stores and restaurants.
The breakfast was great and restaurant a la carte menu has enough variety.
Staff were also great and accommodating.
Quite a tight space if driving.
Parking can be a challenge.

Nothing was not to like
The property was excellent overall. The breakfast was really good and very convenient, and the location was a major bonus for me as it was very close to the mosque. Overall, it was a really pleasant stay with a great experience throughout.

La générosité du personnel et l'authencité des lieux, on se croirait a OMAM maybe parceque le quartier semble majoritairement Musulman. la vue sur la grande mosquée est magnifique
