Ich verstehe die überdurchschnittlichen Bewertungen nicht.
Pros:

Guter Standpunkt.

Cons:

Das Bad hatte keine Belüftung, beim Duschen hat es Wasser unter dem Waschbecken raus gedrückt. In der Küche, gab es auch kein Abluft System, somit hat das ganze Zimmer nach Essen gestunken. Die Staubschicht auf dem Schrank war gut 1 cm dick, es sollte mehr auf Sauberkeit geachtet werden, das Geschirr war auch nicht richtig aufgewaschen.Es ist auf jeden Fall zu teuer für das was man geboten bekommt. Im gemeinschaftlichen Aufenthaltsraum wurde nur unregelmäßig kontrolliert, ob alles ordentlich ist.
