Pros:

La atención es excelente , cuidan hasta el último detalle en todo aspecto. En el restaurante y bar dle hotel, todos fueron muy atentos y amables.

Cons:

La habitación es poco pequeña, puede sentirse un poco encerrado.
Es un poco lejos ir al grand resort deck y el galaxy kids. . Nosotros era la razón de quedarnos ahí, ya que íbamos con niños, pero la distancia lo hace un poco más inconveniente .

跟訂房網站配合的資訊很多落差，雖然服務人員盡量協助但觀感就是不太好
Pros:

辦理入住後進到房間時發現樓層並非訂房時標榜的高樓層，跟員工反應後沒有囉嗦就幫我們換到高樓層。房間設備都很乾淨也很舒服

Cons:

1. 辦理入住等很久都在排隊，一共開了五個櫃檯但我們還是等了25分鐘才輪到，觀察下來平均一個客人要花10分鐘辦理，效率應再提升。
2. 辦理入住後進到房間時發現樓層並非訂房時標榜的高樓層，雖然反映後能再重新安排但我們還是得多等兩三個小時才能移到新房間，也不敢在原房間完全休息。
3. 再來就是訂房價格，在櫃檯辦理時我注意到在訂房網站下單的價格跟飯店現場跟我確認的價格有異，但櫃檯人員說那是因為還沒加上稅，因為當下家人也很累所以就先接受他們的說法了。但是回來之後發現最終金額比訂房網站的金額多出了台幣三千元，而且訂房網站的價格明明是已含稅的，所以完全不明白為何被多收的價格。
