Pros:

The hotel was amazing big room with a balcony and stunning views.
The staff were friendly and helpful.
Breakfast was fantastic with a huge selection.

Cons:

The location was ok but not much going on around the place so we hired motorbikes and then we could get around to see more as there we alot of places to eat etc further down the road a couple of km.

Beautiful place, lovely people.
Pros:

Sai Gon Ha Long Hotel is a beautiful property. We had an ocean view room and it was delightful. Sun World is within walking distance, as is the night market. The staff is wonderful. Dat, who works with the hotel reception went out of his way to help and support us. He arranged for a car to drop us back to Hanoi and also checked on us on the way to make sure we felt safe and comfortable. Dat, if you're seeing this, thank you. People like you make travelling easy, especially for women!

2 night stay for bay cruise and sightseeing

Our stay was made a great pleasure by Hoàng Anh. He organised a speedy check in and also a fantastic cruise to see the famous sites. A great service that made our stay so enjoyable.

Ein ausgezeichneter Aufenthalt den wir um einen Tag verlängerten.
Pros:

Ein asiatisches Frühstück das keine Wünsche offen lies. Die Frühstückszeit von 06.00 bis 09.00 Uhr ist etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig.

Cons:

Die Warmwassertemperatur in den Bädern der Hotelzimmer beträgt ca. 35 bis 40°C. Das ist zu gering und gefährlich. Es kann zur Bildung von Legionellen Bakterieren kommen. Eine Mindesttemperatur des WW-Wassers von 60 bis 65°C sollte vorgegeben werden. Leider stand das Technische Managment nicht für ein Gespräch zur Verfügung. Es konnten nur die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption über den Umstand informiert werden. Dieser Umstand ist gefährlich und gleichbedeutend als wenn ich verdorbenen Fisch- oder Wurstprodukte auf das Frühstücksbüffee legen würde. Hier besteht Handlungsbedarf.

It's really lovely, and the room is cozy and spotless. It's my brother's 21st birthday, and our room has an amazing view of the sea. They have a great breakfast with lots of options, and we had a great time. It is close to a theme park similar to SunWorld. We had a great time, and I hope to return soon.

Dit is 1 aanfluiting. Als je naar binnenkomt zijn de beglazingengen net zo vet als je frituurpan. Stinkt. Wij werden gelijk weggestuurd omdat we 2 uur te vroeg waren met inchecken.
Eenmaal de kamer te hebben gezien en geroken hebben we onze koffers gepakt en zijn we naar een taxi gaan zoeken en zijn naar een ander hotel gegaan. The wyndham garden hotel was Fantastisch!

Cons:

Zie bovenstaande... wel kosteloos geannuleerd.

Khách sạn đẹp, sạch sẽ, phòng đầy đủ tiện nghi, thoải mái. Nhân viên lịch sự, nhiệt tình. Bữa sáng tương đối đa dạng và chất lượng. Chỗ đậu xe rộng rãi. Vị trí thuận tiện để đi chơi ở Bãi Cháy.

Cons:

Club ở bãi biển đối diện khách sạn chơi nhạc quá to và khuya, tiếng bass vang đến tận phòng. Tuy nhiên đây là yếu tố khách quan, không phải lỗi của khách sạn.
