Pros:

Отличное расположение. Красивый вид из окна. Удобные кровати , в номере относительно чисто. Если не считать террасы. Для семьи с детьми отличный вариант. Есть стиральная машина , плита , можно приготовить еду.

Cons:

Это частный апартамент на территории большого отеля. При заселении , нужно звонить по номеру телефона. Его не взяли с первого раза. Потом ещё ждали пока за нами придут. Сотрудник попросил оплатить сразу наличными. Плюс попросил депозит , про который нигде не было указано. Удалось договориться оплатить без депозита. Терраса в номере выходит на соседний отель. Ничем не оборудована , нет ни стола ни стульев. Там довольно грязно. Можно считать , что террасы нет. В душе были волосы. Нас пришли выселять в 9:30 утра. Хотя мы договаривались что выедем в 12:00. Удалось договориться , что выедем в 12:00. Но сотрудник ждала нас под дверью. В 10:00 нам пришло сообщение с букинга , что бронирование отменено , по причине того, что мы не приехали. Я спросил у сотрудника, которая ждала нас , она была не в курсе почему отменили. Пришлось написать в букинг.

Beware! Do not rent this apartment! Owner will scam you!
Cons:

Not as advertised. Was advertised as having a balcony, washing machine, tv and pool. It did not have a balcony or washing machine and the tv did not work and you had to pay to use the pool. The owner was in a rush when we checked in and told us to “hurry up” even though we were in the lobby before her. She wanted 4 nights cash which we paid, then she hurried away. We stayed one night and asked to a refund but she refused. Do not rent this apartment!!
