Incredible stay - highly recommend!
Pros:

Super clean, and the owners are lovely. Breakfast was either crepes or banh mi, both of which were delicious. The location was brilliant too, right in the heart of Tam Coc

Excelente
Pros:

Es un pequeño alojamiento frente al lago de Tam Coc llevado por una familia muy amable y dispuesta a ayudar. El lugar nos gustó bastante: las camas estaban cómodas y limpias, el baño lucía nuevo y nos proporcionaron toallas, sandalias y cepillos. El aire acondicionado enfriaba bien así como el ventilador. La familia tiene en el frontis un negocio de banh mi y jugos de calidad a precios razonables: el desayuno que nos proporcionaron con la habitación estaba bueno también!

Cons:

El transporte hacia Hanoi que nos ayudó a reservar el alojamiento no fue exactamente lo esperado (tuvimos que hacer 2 transbordos no solo 1) pero fue algo menor y no muy importante.

Pros:

El personal y la localización. Nos dejaron hacer el check-in a las 6 de la mañana sin problemas. Nos ayudaron con lo que necesitamos, alquilamos con ellos una moto eléctrica. El desayuno bien. Cuando nos íbamos en el autobús, nos dieron agua.

Cons:

El baño, como en todos los sitios que hemos estado en Camboya y Vietnam, no tiene separación para la ducha, pero además, el suelo no está bien nivelado y siempre estaba encharcado.
Si abrías las cortinas, te veía todo el mundo desde el patio así que tendría sentido poner unas cortinas translúcidas al menos.

Pros:

El personal, muy atento en todo momento
El desayuno, muy rico. Además puedes comer y cenar alli
Estuvimos dos noches, y como llegamos muy pronto nos dejaron entrar a las 7am y pudimos cambiar el desayuno del ultimo dia a ese momento
Alquilamos bicicletas

Las instalaciones pueden ser mejorables
Solo una ventana que da al patio de entrada

Pros:

We had a wonderful stay here and would absolutely recommend this homestay. The location is perfect – very central in Tam Coc and within easy walking distance of everything, while still being away from the noisy main road, so it is peaceful at night.
The host is incredibly friendly, helpful and speaks very good English. She was always happy to help with any questions or arrangements.
The rooms are spacious, very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent, and the food available at the homestay was also really delicious.

Pros:

The staff was very nice and provided a good breakfast with plenty of choices. When we had to leave very early in the morning, they provided us with banh mi and fruit for to-go. The room was quite spacious and comfortable and was equipped with a fan and an Aircon. Location was good, it was close to the lake but just far enough away from the bars and restaurants to not be bothered by the noise.

Cons:

There was a hole in the bathroom wall which was only partially covered by the fan, so there was plenty of room for mosquitoes to enter the bathroom. Besides that, only on our last day we learned that the hotel also provided rental services, tours and laundry. We would have loved to have that information earlier in our stay.

Pros:

Really nice stay at Lodge Tam Coc Lake. The location is great, with easy access to the main sights, rice fields, shops and the busy area, while still being a nice place to relax.

The lodge is clean, cute and cosy, and the staff were very kind and welcoming. The food was also good. Overall, a lovely place to stay while exploring Tam Coc!

Pros:

Nel pieno centro di Tam Coc, a due passi dalla partenza dei tour sul fiume. I proprietari sono una splendida famiglia, gentilissimi e disponibili per qualsiasi necessità, mi sono sentita come a casa. Ottimo cibo e stanza pulita e fornita di tutto. Consigliatissimo!

Pros:

Localisation parfaite. La famille qui tient le homestay est tres prévenente et serviable. Nous avons eu plein d'explications sur les excursions possibles et nous avons pu louer des velos sur place. Les chambres etaient tres propres et tres agreables. Le petit dejeuner etait egalement tres bien. Nous sommes ravis. Nous avions une chambre double et une chambre familiale avec 4 couchages. Tout etait tres bien. En partant, elle nous a offert des bouteilles d'eau pour notre nuit dans le bus.
