Cons:

In order for the room to be a comfortable temperature, we had to leave to door open all night, which got noisy.

Ottimo soggiorno
Pros:

La camera era bella e spaziosa e la colazione varia e a buffet

Cons:

La mattina molto presto vengono a svuotare i cassoni della spazzatura dell’albergo facendo tanto rumore, peccato si trovassero proprio sotto la nostra camera….

Pros:

Terrace balcony upgrade was great.

Cons:

Bed was saggy on one side and the room smelled of sweat on arrival, upgraded to a balcony room, so was able to air out the room, staff were lovely and the restaurant was nice and reasonably priced

Pros:

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was a decent size, it is a short walk to the city centre

Cons:

Parking was very limited. Our room was at the back of the hotel and it took 2 lifts and a long walk to reach it. Options at breakfast were limited and didn't cater towards those with additional dietary needs as well as other hotels do. There wasn't any gluten free bread available

Very disappointing
Pros:

Front of house staff were friendly

Cons:

For the sake of other travellers I will now list some of the things that are unacceptable for €260 for one night. The leather chairs in our club room should have been skipped 10 years ago, coffee stains on the carpet, water stains on the ceiling, stained curtains and no air conditioning making for a miserable night followed by a very mediocre breakfast with a staff member helping themselves to a sausage and eating it in full view. I should have researched the location because it is at the top of an extremely steep hill and I am a hiker so you won't be strolling into the town centre without booking a cab back. I have paid similar amounts in city centre Hilton hotels with executive lounges which are on a completely different level.

Nice Stay outside busy downtown
Pros:

Nice location outside the busy down-core in a neighbourhood area. Room was large and with a nice city view. There is a nice locals pub (no food) close by .Staff were friendly.

Cons:

It is located up some very steep streets so not ideal for some people who might want to walk. We did also try to have dinner at 8 and were advised to come back in an hour - it looked like they were short staff as there were several open tables. There are no restaurants close by in this area so food options are limited close by.
