Alles sauber und gute Ausstattung. Kiosk, Gaming Raum, gibt so viel zu tun und alles war super in Schuss. Preise im Kiosk sind fair.

Bett ein bisschen zu schmal für zwei Leute.

Wir waren rundherum zufrieden. Unser Aufenthaltsgrund war ein Besuch der ZAG Arena.

Sehr gut ist das Angebot innerhalb des Hotels - Kiosk, Kinoraum mit PlayStation, Dachterrasse mit Sauna, … .

Cons:

Dazu fällt uns nichts ein.

Top Konzept, sehr Aufmerksam das Tagespersonal!
Viele kleine Besonderheiten z.B Dachterrasse und Minishop,die den Aufenthalt besonders machen.

Cons:

Unmotivierte "Nachtwache" der die Raucherpausen sehr wichtig waren und sich hinter " ich bin neu " versteckte. Aber Einzelperson, die meisten waren sehr motiviert und bemüht!!

Viele Extras wie Laden, Dachterrasse, gratis Kaffee jederzeit. Gutes Preis Leistungsverhältnis. Trotz Lage fern des Zentrums gute Anbindung mit der Stadtbahn.

Cons:

Skurriler fensterloser Frühstücksraum mit wenigen schweren Riesentischen. Etwas zwanghaft mit Billigdeko auf Industrial-Style getrimmt. Erinnert mich an die Young Fashion Abteilung im Untergeschoss vieler Kaufhäuser.

Also wir waren zu einem Konzert da- die Lage zur Arena war super .
Die vielen Möglichkeiten im Hotel von selber kochen, über Pool, Sauna und Kino und Gaming area waren fantastisch . So hat man gute Kontakte gehabt . Es war ein schöner Aufenthalt -Mega Konzept . Sehr gern wieder

Tolles Konzept, sehr sauber - gerne wieder
Pros:

Super sauberes, schön eingerichtetes Zimmer. Auch die gemeinsam genutzten Räume wie Gaming-Zimmer und Kiosk waren sehr gepflegt.

Cons:

Die Türen fallen sehr laut zu, was insbesondere bei Kindern auf dem gleiche Flur, die nicht darauf achten und oft rein und raus gehen, nervig ist. Kann man ja vielleicht technisch noch nachbessern?
Bei der Gelegenheit vielleicht auch mal den TV-Empfang prüfen - aber es gibt im Haus ja noch ausreichend Entertainment :)
