Pros:

Lokalizacja prawie w centrum miasta a jednak nie męcząca (na wzgórzu, na końcu ślepej uliczki), basen, codzienne sprzątanie apartamentu i świeże ręczniki. Dużo fajnych przestrzeni, w których można odpocząć. Przede wszystkim jednak fantastyczna obsługa całego personelu - sympatyczna, ciepła (szczególnie Pani Ireny i Nataszy) :).

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The accommodation's location is excellent—close to the center, just a few minutes' walk away. I was very satisfied and thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

Kleinschalig appartementhotel (12 kamers en 2 kleine zwembaden) op ongeveer 10 minuten lopen van de Arena; vanaf daar begint het centrum, waardoor alles gemakkelijk te voet bereikbaar is. Het hotel ligt in een rustige omgeving net buiten het centrum, ideaal voor wie houdt van een ontspannen sfeer. De ontvangst door Irena was zeer gastvrij, met persoonlijke aandacht en oprechte betrokkenheid, wat in ons geval het verblijf juist extra bijzonder en waardevol maakte.

Good location and friendly staff, but rooms desperately in need of reburbishment.

The staff was very friendly and the location was great.

Cons:

The hotel is in serious need of refurbishment. At first glance, it looks fine, but the bathroom in particular doesn’t meet the standards you’d normally expect from a four-star hotel. There was an unbearable smell coming from the toilet/drain, which was sorted out on the second day by placing a urinal cleaner on the floor (causing the whole room to smell of chemical orange), the shower wasn’t draining properly, there were patches of mould on the bathroom wall, and the air conditioning smelled quite.

For this kind of money, I would not come back.

Ruhiges, schönes Hotel mit angenehmer Atomosphäre in fußläufiger Nähe zu Altstadt undKollosseum.
Pros:

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt in einer wunderbar ruhigen und entspannten Atmosphäre. Das gesamte Haus ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail und sehr geschmackvoll dekoriert. Die Zimmer sind ausreichend groß und besonders schön sind die beiden Pools, die zum Entspannen einladen.

Auch die hauseigene Bar ist ein echter Pluspunkt. Dort gibt es eine schöne Auswahl an Getränken sowie ein hervorragendes À-la-carte-Frühstück.

Das gesamte Personal ist ausgesprochen freundlich und aufmerksam. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir Irena, die mit ihrer charmanten und herzlichen Art eine ganz besondere Gastgeberin ist und dafür sorgt, dass man sich sofort willkommen und rundum wohlfühlt.

Ein wirklich schönes Hotel mit viel persönlichem Charme – wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Cons:

The room we got was old in need for maintenance and dirty. when we complained on smoke smell in the room the staff visited and defended there was no smell and it’s a nonsmoking room which was not so. They ignored us when we asked for a different room, when we wanted to cancel and when we wanted to shorten our stay because of the room saying manager should decide but manager never appeared and ignored our messages on booking - people on the reception were not able to give us any information too referring to a manager who never came up to us. Generally hotel is poorly managed and rundown and in need of maintenance. All shadowed angles in the room were full of very old dust and dirt no one offered us even cleaning.
