Kindness of the staff, especially Mrs Irena who is extraordinary host.
Furthermore, property is at walking distance to the Arena, which was of a great importance to me since I was visiting Pula for a concert. And, there is secured parking space without any charge.
The only thing I didn’t like (although I can live without it) is that there was no heir dryer available in the room.

The staff are absolutely fantastic! Everyone is doing an incredible job to keep guests comfortable - some of the best I’ve ever experienced. The location is great - far enough to not be in the centre of the city, but just a little walk away to enjoy Pula to the fullest. It was also v good value for money. Breakfasts were delicious and they were always giving little treats every day, which was a sweet surprise.
The hotel needs a little bit of a refresh. The door handle in our bathroom was falling off and walls could also use a repaint. The products in the bathroom could be nicer and attached to the walls as the soap on the floor was a bit awkward to use. Just didn’t feel like a full 4 star experience due to these things but it’s an easy fix!
Klantvriendelijkheid/gastvrijheid personeel. Vooral Irena (frontoffice) en haar zus Natasha (meer backoffice/schoonmaak) maakten het verschil. Geweldig a la carte ontbijt dat betaalbaar is. We hadden de kamer met het indoor zwembad. Dat is meer een whirlpool, want zwemmen gaat bijna niet, maar toch een luxe om zo iets op je kamer te hebben. De 2 buitenzwembaden waren ook uitstekend en er was altijd wel een ligbed met parasol beschikbaar.
De ligging. Het ligt midden in een wijk tegenover een aftands ‘fort met zendmast’. Dus dat was even slikken toen we aankwamen. Als je een keer binnen bent, merk je daar niets van.
Das nicht enthaltene Frühstück war spitze. Die Anordnung des Zimmers mit dem direkten Zugang zum Pool war traumhaft. Da Hotel relativ klein ist, sind alle Wege sehr kurz.
Die letzten Renovationsarbeiten sind wohl ein paar Jahre her. Deutliche Gebrauchsspuren sind sichtbar. Im Zimmer ist der Parkett aufgebrochen (nach oben) und die Dichtfugen in den Ecken der Dusche sind nicht mehr vorhanden. Im Ganzen aber noch vertretbar.

The location was very convenient for the short walk into Pula. The rooms were spacious, bright and very clean. The pool areas were so relaxing and peaceful, and the pools were just perfect. The layout of the outdoor areas had been so thoughtfully planned, with plants and flowers everywhere. There was such an air of peace and tranquility, you felt you were in your own private oasis. The staff were amazing and welcoming and made our stay even more enjoyable. For couples and even solo travellers, this is truly a perfect hotel, we would not hesitate to return. There is only one word to describe this hotel - PERFECT!
There was absolutely nothing to fault.
Das Zimmer hatte direkten Zugang zum Pool und war sehr gross und geräumig. Das Frühstück à la Carte ist sehr empfehlenswert.
Zeer vriendelijk personeel.
Ontbijt was telkens prima klaargemaakt en het extra-toetje op het einde was heerlijk.
Zwembad van het hotel is ook voldoende groot om af en toe eens af te koelen.
The pools were great and the beds were comfy. The room was a good size and clean. The staff were also very helpful and friendly.
I think it was overpriced. This could be easily rectified by including breakfast in the cost, as well as providing tea and coffee making facilities in the room as otherwise you have no option but to pay the hotel every time you want a drink or to walk into the main bit of Pula.
