Perfect stay in Thảo Điền
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at CityHouse – Atelier Thảo Điền. Everything was perfect from beginning to end.

The apartment was clean, comfortable and very pleasant, and the location in Thảo Điền was great. The area is peaceful while still having plenty of cafés, restaurants and places to explore nearby.

The staff were always kind, welcoming and helpful whenever we needed anything. We really felt comfortable and at home during our stay.

We honestly have nothing negative to say about our experience. We would definitely stay here again next time we visit Ho Chi Minh City.

Thank you to the whole CityHouse team for making our stay so enjoyable!

Wonderful place to stay
Pros:

It was far beyond my expectations. Beautiful room and great location. The staff are what makes this hotel exceptional. Nothing is too much trouble. The security guard, the doorman, the wonderful front desk staff and the cleaning staff all amazing. Thankyou for a lovely stay, we will be back.

Lovely apartment stay in Thao Dien
Pros:

I specifically picked to stay in Thao Dien to explore the area and this place do not disappoint. The staff at the property were lovely, very helpful. The apartment was clean and comfortable (the bathroom had a shower and a bath) and I had plenty of space. It is very easy to walk around (not as busy as District 1) and there are some nice cafes and restaurants nearby. Since the area is mainly expat, the staff spoke very good English.

Pros:

The Hotel room booked is an excellent two bedroom / two bathroom unit with little living area and kitchenette. Perfect for two girls travelling together. The area has its own little sanctuary feeling about iit, almost a little village like, away from all the hustle and bustle of Quan 1.
We go once a year and each time I look for other options, I find myself always rebooting here. When you know you've got a good thing why risk the change.

Cons:

I would love it though if the hotel could put some lamps in the living room and cushions on the couch to give the place some extra coziness.

Nettes Hotel in guter Lage.
Pros:

Gut gelegen im ExPat-Viertel. Saubere Zimmer.

Grds. eine schöne und passende Lokation mit bemühtem Personal…
Pros:

Super Lage, sehr ruhig, dennoch supernah zu wichtigen Lokationen/Bars/Restaurants/Massage Salons. Hotel sehr sauber.

Cons:

Während des Aufenthaltes beschloss die Unterkunft die Räume zu checken und u.a. Schönheitsfehler/Stossflecken an den Wänden zu überstreichen. Trotz des Hinweis, wann wir nicht tagsüber auf dem Zimmer sein werden (ca. 5 Std.), kamen die Maler erst nach unserer Rückkehr und haben dann ca. 1 1/2 Std. gestrichen.
Einen Tag später haben wir auf ein kleines Wasserleck in der Decke des Badetimmers hingewiesen, was nach kurzem Check, dann erst 1 1/2 Tage später repariert werden sollte.
Ein später angefragter Late Check-Out wurde dann ohne Entgegenkommen berechnet und auf Nachfrage, ob wegen der o.g. Unannehmlichkeiten nicht vielleicht kostenloser Late Check-out eine Option wäre, wurde dies höflich verneint und angeboten, bei einem nächsten Aufenthalt entgegenkommend zu sein…

Un hôtel d'exception
Pros:

Que dire ? Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans un hôtel d'une propreté remarquable. Les différentes personnes de l'accueil ou du bar restaurant sont à vos soins et d'une grande gentillesse et très prévenants.
Je recommande sans hésitation cet hôtel.
Si je viens à séjourner à Saigon ce sera ici.
