Superb breakfast. Bed was extremely comfortable with great pillows. Location was unbeatable.
The carpet in the halls was very stained and the carpeting on the stairs was shabby. Not up to standards for a 5* hotel
Calm beautiful
Access was difficult by car. Not given detailed directions about how to get to the hotel which was in a pedestrian only zone. We were faced with No Entry signs which we didn’t know we had to ignore! Frustrating
Very welcoming and comfortable. Excellent good.
Car access initially difficult (Google goes to a different street) but turns out to be easy if one jusy follows the small roads to its actual location. Avoid all the pedestrians with cameras outside the hotel.

Heritage building at an exceptional location. The breakfast layout was inviting. Our room was very roomy and comfortable.
The hotel, on check-out, charged us for tea bags and milk (which were not provided for in the room) that we requested during our stay.
