We highly recommend this hotel for anyone staying in Colmar!
Pros:

Beautiful and unique property. Our room was amazing with a very comfortable bed and all the amenities that come with a five star hotel. The restaurant served an outstanding breakfast, one of the finest we’ve experienced in all of our years of traveling. The wait staff were equally impressive. We would love to come back some day.

Pros:

Bellissima struttura nel cuore di Colmar, palazzo antico, fotografatissimo dai turisti, camera accogliente, pulita e dotata di molti confort.
Personale gentilissimo.

The hotel itself was superb and the staff extremely helpful

Cons:

My meal at the Brasserie Historique was generally very good. Unfortunately there was a thunder storm and everyone was moved inside. As a consequence the organisation faltered and i was waiting nearly an hour for my desert. In the end I left. This was taken off the bill but it was a disappointing end, nevertheless, to what should have been a very good dining experience.
