Pros:

We loved the ambience of the hotel, especially the pleasant fragrance that was consistently maintained throughout the property. The staff were warm, welcoming, and attentive, and the breakfast was excellent.

It was also my wife's birthday during our stay, and the hotel pleasantly surprised us with a complimentary cake and balloons to decorate the room. It was a thoughtful gesture that made the occasion even more special and memorable.
I booked a room with an alcove, but after checking in, I was surprised to find that I had been assigned a room without one. When I brought this to the staff's attention, I was told that "every ocean-view room is different." However, I had specifically booked a room with an alcove, so I insisted on being moved to the room type I had reserved. The room change took nearly two hours, and we ended up losing a significant amount of our valuable vacation time.

Pros:

A very comfortable and well-managed business hotel with a convenient location and excellent overall service. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully equipped for both work and relaxation. The staff was professional, courteous, and responsive throughout the stay. The ambience was pleasant, the facilities were well-maintained, and the overall experience was smooth and hassle-free. A great option for business travellers as well as short professional stays. Would definitely consider staying here again thanks satyam
