We had a very pleasant stay; would recommend to others and return if we’re in Montreal again.

Beautiful space with lots of room. Very clean.

Cons:

There was no baking dish or anything supplied to be able to cook in the oven, even after asking the concierge via text and not hearing back. There are also NO grocery stores in the area which is pretty inconvenient.

Pros:

El apartamento es muy agradable, sencillo y puesto con gusto, muy limpio y bien equipado y tienen detalles como ofrecer cápsulas de la máquina de café, leche o croissants recién hechos por la mañana. Tuvimos un incidente con el lavavajillas y lo resolvieron satisfactoriamente. El staff es muy agradable y resolutivo nos facilitaron la estancia todo lo que pudieron. Además la ubicación es estupenda para caminar por el centro, el puerto viejo y el downtown o para coger transporte público.

Pros:

Easy to get in, the room was stylish and clean. Everything you need in the bathroom and kitchen is provided. It was also really handy having access to the laundry room. Personable communication - always someone to help you out if needed. Not too far to public transport and lots of dinner and drinks places nearby, as well as museums and other sights.

Cons:

There were a couple of things I think the room we stayed in would benefit from in order to be more comfortable for a longish stay (more hooks for towels, that sort of thing). I've shared those with the hotel. There wasn't anything terrible at all!
I think if you're 2 people and you're planning to stay a while and use your kitchen etc, you probably want to pay a bit more for one of the larger rooms. This was the smallest one I think, so that was my mistake.

Pros:

非常溫馨舒適的旅館，連續住了7天104號房，並沒有被噪音干擾，睡得相當安穩，小廚房非常有幫助。有人在意前台沒有人，但我們其實滿能接受自助，下午時段其實還是要人可以協助。有遇到一些小問題透過WhatsApp可以很快速聯絡到人，協助還算即時。

Cons:

入住前10分鐘沒有即時收到自助check in 的信。我上官網找WhatsApp 聯絡資訊才找到人協助，這是唯一不開心的地方，如果要落實自助，應該要跟客人再三確定有沒有收到信件。

Brilliant location, facilities, comfort and staff.
Pros:

They really thought of everything - so many lovely little touches. Beautiful interior design, location could not be bettered.

Cons:

The only negative thing I could possibly mention was that the fridge was slightly noisy. However ear plugs were provided!
