Please upgrade the room with spray with nice aroma. Once enter the room the smells gave us feel down
Pros:

The front line staff done a good job.

Cons:

There is women a bit bigger size looking at me but not smilling, no greed and she was just look at around and attend the people we arrived next after me. Im feel uncomfortable the way she treated me.

the restaurant staff, food, in-room dining, room service, and valet parking were all excellent and provided the level of service expected.

Cons:

We stayed in both a Deluxe Twin Room and a Heritage Suite. While both rooms were comfortable, they had several maintenance issues such as squeaky doors, handles, and in the suite, a very noisy bed that disturbed sleep even with minor movement. We reported the issue, but the follow-up and communication between the engineering and front desk teams seemed lacking.

Location was very good.

Cons:

Check-in process was quite intimidating. Mr. Soutrik at the front desk was quite intimidating and rude. I received email about upgrade and I signed up for it. But the front desk completely dis-associated with the email. Not sure why the corporate sends email and front desk has no clue. This guy at front desk was behaving as if I have never been to any hotel and was cutting off while trying to speak. Never ever faced such arrogance in a hotel like this. I was only doing a pit stop in Mysuru before going to coorg. But this experience left a very bad laste.
