Can provide toothbrush and paste?

1. The hotel is quite run-down and in need of refurbishment.

2. Check-in is strictly at 3:00 PM with no flexibility, even when rooms appear to be available.

3. My second room was only ready at around 6:00 PM, which was a significant delay.

4. Towels were insufficient. We initially received only one towel for two guests and had to remind the staff several times before another was provided.

5. The bathroom and walls had visible mould, making the room feel dirty and unhygienic, with an unpleasant smell.

6. The bathroom exhaust fan was not functioning.

7. The shower was damaged, making it difficult to shower comfortably as the water sprayed unevenly.

8. The air conditioner was very noisy and disrupted our sleep.

9. The breakfast was not worth the additional RM20 per person. I paid RM80 for four people and felt it did not provide good value. If it were complimentary, it would have been acceptable.

10. The hotel seriously needs to upgrade its facilities and improve its management system.

11. The carpets are old and have a musty smell in certain areas.

Air Conditioning inside rooms were poor ; breakfast had deteriorated since my last stay there

The cleaners stole my Rayban glasses from my bag when they came to clean. Complained at the reception and the receptionist said the cleaners always do like this. No apology and no refund. Be careful of your belongings people!

upgrade facilities

La struttura é poco curata ed un po’ datata, l’ascensore non funziona bene e bisogna premere ripetutamente i tasti, la camera molto basica, con delle piccole finestre che avrebbero permesso di avere una bella vista se fossero state grandi, il personale non é stato accogliente e disponibile. Abbiamo ad esempio chiesto un po’ di acqua e qualche cosa di semplice come colazione da portare via visto che era inclusa ma avevamo il volo di rientro ma non sono stati disponibili perché non richiesto prima.
