Location was excellent. Buttons on the lift sometimes work. The room I was initially booked into, the air-conditioning were not working at full capacity. Staff member were very kind to put me into another room. The security guard were very helpful in showing me some replacement rooms before I decide which room to settle on. Breakfast was good with varieties of dishes.

The tv screen was faulty. The shower gel dispenser was faulty, so I just used the shampoo as shower gel. The pillow case had dead insect and faeces on it and I requested a replacement. The new one had black grease.only one night for a function so I let it go. The room phone was faulty and I walked down to infm reception to have the pillow changed. The receptionist was not empathetic to these defects. Hope to see these improved if want repeat customers.

Nothing we liked. We choose this because it has 24 hrs front desk. Once we reached after a long drive in the early morning, the reception informed we have two separate beds instead of one queen single bed. Once we asked whether can change this, they replied very rude saying it is subjected to the availability. We can understand, but can not accept rudeness of the replies.
Cleanliness is very bad. Bathroom door can not lock. No mat inside the room. Also the room telephone did not work. Old type AC machine which is very hard to control. Totally disappointed. What we saw in the images are not real when we see it physically. Bad Smell.
When having the breakfast there were no much vegitarian options. Most of are oily foods. Also in the 2nd day morning when we go for breakfast, most of food were finished. They doesn't count how many guests they have. Later they put some half way cooked sausages which can not eat. Had to wait a long time until they clean a table to sit.
Car park entrance and exit were very narrow. Our car can not turn one time. Had to reverse and go.

The air conditioning wasn’t working. Upon complaining to the main desk, a technician came and told me to wait 2 hours for the chill effect. After 5 hours, i was already sweating. When i called the front desk i was told all rooms were full. They never got back to me despite telling me they would call if any other rooms availed.

The location is accessible, easy to find, and the room is easy to find too. I didn't get breakfast because I didn't ask for it. The check-in was smooth too, thanks to the friendly staff.
