Stayed here recently, and unfortunately the experience was below expectations. The room lacked basic essentials like proper blankets and toiletries (no soap or shampoo provided), which made the stay uncomfortable. The internet connection was also very weak, which is a big downside especially for guests who need reliable access. Hoping management can improve these areas for future guests.

Bathroom was awkward and cramped. Toilet did not work. WiFi wasn’t able to be accessed. Aircon noisy and leaked outside the room. No hot shower.

The friendliness of the staff somehow made my one night stay bearable.
Pros:

The staff and assistance are helpful and accomodating. I have a 23kg luggage and the lady helped me brought it to 2nd floor.

Cons:

The room has a strong smell from the bathroom. The actual room is not the same as the picture in the website. No sink to brush my teeth or wash my face. They need to repair their electricity socket and not just DIY with electric tapes. I saw rats running in the lobby😅

Perfect for one night.
Pros:

The hotel is quite basic but clean and good for its intention an overnight stay by the airport. The bed is good and airco works.
Great staff and a nice little food place 50 metres away.

Cons:

The hotel was fine for the money, make sure you give the address from booking.com as the taxi drivers will try to take advantage.

I could rest and then could catch my early morning flight out ... was better then sleeping on a bench in Nala terminal
