Roach Motel
Pros:

The staff was great. Unfortunately the property wasn't.

Cons:

It's literally a roach motel. It's infested. And there are millions of gnats and flies hovering around your doors, just waiting for an opportunity to fly in. Couldn't get comfortable. Roaches craving on the bed and headboards as well as everywhere else. Didn't want to cook or eat in there. Throwing my things away, because they were in everything, everywhere. Ij don't do roaches, and I'm afraid roaches may be in my stuff and trying to travel with me. Even stopped taking showers, and resorted to washing up in the bathroom sink, becauss there were roaches in the tub. No.

We would not go back to stay.
Pros:

the property was affordable and it was a place to stay.

Cons:

we booked an early check in for 11am and the room was not ready when we checked in at 1pm. we had to wait for the room to be cleaned when we arrived. when we finally got into the room we found out that the room didnt have any hot water and the towels and washcloths had dirt and grime on them. i asked for a refund but the clerk said she couldnt issue one because we had past the 20 minute window for them to issue a refund, but we had to wait over 20 minutes to even access our room. so she gave us an upgraded room on the top floor which i appreciated. however i would have rather gotten a refund and different room elsewhere. was near the I 10 and kind of sketchy.
