Too expensive
The price
Rooms were very good. Clean, quiet and comfortable. Meal vouchers provided for Transit Lounge across the corridor. Made the stop over very easy with the chance for a shower and a sleep.
Was reasonably expensive.
Comfortable bed in quiet dark room. The slippers and toiletries were most welcome. Good range of breakfast foods to choose from.

It was a godsend to be able to have a shower and a sleep after three flights & then an eleven hour layover before the fourth flight. I was able to arrive home feeling so much better. The food at the lounge was excellent too.
The only thing that is good about this hotel is the location inside the airport.
Hugely expensive. No windows. Small rooms. Hard beds. Old bathrooms, carpets and sparse furnishings. No fridge. No milk. No coffee. Compared to other airport hotels it is shocking AND expensive. Totally opposite in feel to Changi airport itself. Hugely disappointing.

Efficent fast check in, friendly staff, room size and comfortable bed
Very noisy despite stating soundproofing. Doors in particular from shared facilities slamming shut loud. At one point I thought someone was in my room when I heard shuffeling noises which must have come from next door or the corridor. My sleep was interrupted numerous times.
No bathroom in my room. As I was already undressed ready to walk to the shared showers it was too late to go to the reception to enquire. I just wrapped the towel around and hoped noone will be in the corridor.

It was as expected given the price and location
Breakfast was adequate given I was there at like 3am, but pretty bare bones.
Staff, room and location were great
Comfortable, good to sleep when deprived from a long flight.
So booking for a 4 hour session does not work because you cannot check into your flight that early. Therefore, we did not get our full 4 hours. Disappointed we didn't realize this. The dinner menu was limited and there was only one option available.
