Location at a price, poor sleep.
Pros:

Clean, quiet, airside hotel for grabbing some sleep between long-haul flights.

Cons:

Check in process was poor, taking a full 20 mins, despite pre-booking. Don't accept Apple Pay or Amex (despite holding Amex card as security and trying to process payment). Not what you need after a 11 hr flight, with body clock at 4am. This is a Transit Hotel, so sleep is essential. Sadly, beds were rock hard, feeling more akin to box springs than mattresses. Pillows were rock hard, with no alternatives. Only given 11 hr access, rather than expected 12 hrs, with no explanation. Overall, expected much better for the premium price. Location is the only benefit.

Nice comfy bed for a short stay in the airport, clean room
Pros:

Staff were friendly, they lent me an adapter charger for my plug which helped me when I was low on battery. The rooms were clean

Cons:

Rooms a bit dated. When I landed I asked the staff where is food to eat, they said the food court, there was nothing healthy or a good option for a one year old in the food court. There was a lounge just next door to the hotel with more of a selection they should recommend this one next time. Or downstairs there are more restaurants, maybe make people more aware rather than just pointing at the food court
