The staff seems friendly and responded to emails in a timely manner.

Cons:

I was unaware until the day of check in that other people were renting rooms in the same unit. If I knew this I would have chosen a different property. I read and reread the page and didn’t see anything that would lead me to think that.
One person kept turning the heat on and it was 80° or warmer in the unit the entire stay. I tried to open the windows in my room to cool it off but they only opened a few inches. It was quite miserable.
The apartment severely needs a deep clean. The walls are filthy and the floors need to be mopped. Pictures make the unit look much different than it really is.

It doesn’t explicitly explain there is one shared living space and multiple rooms for different guests within the unit. Furthermore the bathrooms were disgusting there were streaks all up the wall, the sinks and toilets look like they’ve never been wiped down before. We felt uncomfortable to shower there so we left. Needs a deep clean.

There was suspicious activity going on in the house. There was people that wasn’t even assigned to the house that was coming in and out drug activity. I believe what’s going on. I ended up leaving early just because I didn’t feel comfortable there.

The property was very clean when I first arrived me and my sister we had to take the trash out and clean the bathrooms

Pros:

It was a very clean apartment. The kitchen was very well stocked with supplies. The staff was very polite. I had an issue and contacted them via message. The person that helped me was very understanding and super nice. The rooms are well stocked good quality blankets towels etc. The neighborhood was fairly good. The people I saw and crossed paths with were always polite. The jewel osco store was only about a ten minute walk, but there's also a bus stop right around the corner and it goes straight to the store. They have a good size living room and it was a cozy place to read and relax. There's a washer and dryer and they are free to use. I was just really impressed on how the staff were all excellent and very nice. Over all this place was a very comfortable place to stay

That there's no TV's at all. Other than that there's nothing that I didn't like.

Reasonably priced considering how high Chicago is. Good value...be prepared for a few sleepless nights if you are a ligh

Cannot beat the price for the area. Very secured location. Was a very short distance from the downtown venue I was working.

Cons:

The microwave did not work. The rooms did not have TVs. The walls were paper thin. If you stay on 2 you will hear college girls above you laughing until 4am.
