Warm, friendly, and courteous staff. Very "Ohana"oriented hotel.After leaving Kauai after hurricane Lowell devastated the island, it's nice to have a warm and comforting place to stay. Much Mahalo's!!! Highly recommended!!!

It is in a good location for events at the Hawaii Convention Center and Ala Moana Shopping Center.
There was a little unpleasant odor in the bathroom, like stale laundry. I sniffed around and it didn't come from the towels or the shower curtain.
Didn't really appreciate that the view from our window was the parking lot of Ala Moana Shopping Center.
