I have stayed here at least 10 times and never had we had a room like this. I think it was in the Waikīkī Tower. It was lovely!
Although this hotel is nice and the location is perfect; this unit was the best one we stayed in. The decor, 2 queen beds, very clean bathtub and tiles, the hallway was nicely lit and very clean. Plus when you stay in the Waikīkī Tower part there's 8 elevators vs just 1.

The room booked said it would have city and mountain views. The room I was given looked over a car park. I spoke to reception and was moved to a higher floor.

The location was great and the staff were very nice. The bed was very comfy. I would stay in Ala Moana again.
The room wasn't very clean.
Workers were nice.
Air conditioning was poor, room could have been bigger, pool was average, and it said Mountain View and all we seen was the side of a parking ramp and a top of a roof. Description was false.
Ive bern staying 2-3x a year for almost 10 years . is there a club you have that awards credits for my stay?
Sometimes there is 1-2 front desk Grumpy !! but the rest are sooo helpful!
